“We have taken our car to Royal Automotive for oil changes for at least eight years, and we are always pleased with their service.
Recently, they did collision repair work for us, and everything about the process and their work was superb. Of the three estimates we obtained, theirs was the fairest price with the fastest turnaround time. As always, the staff were friendly and thorough in their communications. There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. They quickly ordered another part that was satisfactory, and we appreciate that they made sure the work and parts reflected their high standards. They kept us informed at every step in the process and expertly handled all the insurance company correspondence. We highly recommend Royal Automotive.”

They took care of all the insurance paperwork for me and did an amazing job. They completed their work on time (2 days earlier actually), and I could not believe it was the same car. They quality of their workmanship is very good. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Fix Auto was amazing. I had almost 10k in damage to my, and was expecting a long repair process. After dropping my car w/ the friendly reception staff, I was updated via text within 24hrs of a tentative date for completion. Which was about 3 weeks time, I was not optimistic they would hit this date. I received an update weekly, and sure enough the car was complete on the date they stated. It only was the repair completed without any trace of an accident, but, they also detailed my car inside/out. They were awesome from start to finish.”

“Fantastic. I needed a back window replaced on my car. I dropped my car with a shattered window and the new window off the same day i called them and picked I’ve up less than 24 hours later. Great job, very reasonable pricing (which was the exact amount he said it would be) any he was pleasant, straight forward and the shop guys did a great job putting the window in. I do not recall the man’s name that help ed me but i’d recommend this place to anyone who can use their services. 5 ?!”
“After a rocky start due to continued miscommunications, I was able to receive excellent service here by working directly with Ryan Flynn, the general manager. If you have any troubles along the way I suggest you reach out to him directly. It took about two weeks to complete a door scratch/replacement. Final product is of great quality and craftsmanship.”

“I failed emissions inspection because they couldn't connect to my OBD port. Car was fine, the pins on the connector were just dirty or bent. Victor took a look, fixed the problem in 5 minutes for $10, and I passed. Amazing!”
“Excellent and friendly service. They worked with the dealer to take care of some additional stuff they found under my existing warranty - I would never have known to fix this issue had they not found it and with warranty soon to expire I would have been stuck with the cost out of pocket.
The repairs they did from the car accident were exceptional. My Jeep looks like brand new. They even found some room in the budget to touch up some minor previous damage.

“I went there to get my car fixed after a minor crash. They had it fixed about a week before they estimated which was great.
I had to go back shortly after to get a headlamp checked out that they had replaced in the original fix. It took all of 10 minutes to get that fixed.

“Saw this place a few months ago and finally had a reason to check it out. Actually two reasons because I found out that they were able to make two sizes of jalousie panes I needed and could also make thermal window replacements! Both were ready in two days and both of the Mikes there (uncle & nephew) provided plenty of information including code requirements for tempered glass (which is ordered and can take about two weeks to arrive). Very reasonable prices and my new go-to place for glass!”

“I had one of my best mechanic experiences here. I have an old Land Rover Discovery (2000) that I keep resuscitating. This time, it needed some chassis work involving welding - a small rust hole was developing. The gas tank strap and some areas in the wheel wells needed repair as well. They did a beautiful job with it all. I went to at least 5 mechanics/body shops before who would not perform any welding work. It's very hard to find places that do such work anymore. Anyway, they do it and do it well.”

“Gerber was very nice to work with! I got an online quote for a dent on the door of my Tiguan. When i came for an in person inspection, the price was a tad higher, but Tom assured me that would be the final price due to the nature of the repair. He kept his word and the car looks fantastic. He explained everything clearly after as well (car wash procedures and warranty). Overall, he was great to work with. Another shout out to Angie, who, when she heard my situation, actually seemed concerned and not fake. She even called me at one point to make sure all was good and that i wasn’t worried about something i may have misunderstood. All and all, i was very pleased with the experience, even though i had to deal with a dent in my car. I would gladly recommend them to others!”

“I brought my vehicle in to replace the windshield and recalibrate the sensors. They said it would be 3-4 hours. An hour and some minutes later and Christopher (pretty sure this is his name) had completed my service and recalibration beautifully. I would definitely recommend this location.”
