The woman who works here is so nice! I was getting gas last week when I locked my keys in my car and she let me use the phone so I could find out when the tow would come to unlock my car as my phone was in my car too. I'll be back!

This gas station needs to be open later then 11pm.. I get out of work at 12am and this is the closest bp to my job and it's closed already when I get out!I only put bp/Amoco gas in my vehicles so this kinda sucks that they close way to early...

I stopped by the BP on Lake and Skokie because I needed gas and was just overwhelmed by the amount of patience and kindness they showed me. I’m older and it’s gotten difficult for me to move as much but thankfully the cashier offered to come out and help me. In my 70 years of life I haven’t encountered such compassion. It’s rare to come by these days, so I’m very grateful I went there that day. They even offered me the gas for free, but I refused and they still offered me free coffee. Very pleased with their generosity and wish more people were like them. In taking care of their customers they went above and beyond

2-1-2023 Two days ago I got gas at the station and went into the office to pay cash. I had just gone to the bank and had $ 100. dollar bills roll-up and used one of these bills to prepay. When I got home I realized one of the $ 100 bills was missing. Did I drop one at the station ? I went back today to inquire if the security tapes saw anything. The owner said after I left, he went out to catch me because said their were two $ 100 dollars and not one.....he said here is your $ 100 you left here !!!! Oh my gosh, what very wonderful honest people work at this station....I was quite overwhelmed and grateful. Please know I will always trade this station. Janice G.

There was wet grey paint on the gas pump that ruined my pants. I went and told the cashier who said he couldn’t do anything about it.

I met Lalo while having an oil change on my wife's car. He was incredibly knowledgeable and a car guy through and through, just as myself. We spoke about doing some work on my Q8 and I was certain his shop was the correct choice. Why not a dealership, or a "performance shop"? Passion and attitude, Lalo is a car guy period and his employees are as well. His prices are phenomenal, and I mean this, he is not the typical greedy, pretentious, you have money so I'll take it guy! I would trust them and refer them for any job at all, period.. I dropped off a 90k car and I got it back even better. Great place, great guy, great conversation.. Siri is transcribing this, so sorry for any errors. The point is it's the best shop I have found.

We've been taking our car here for servicing/fixes for years, going back to their previous location. Lalo and his team are great. They are very dependable, honest, and reasonably priced. If you're in the area and in need of servicing, we highly recommend them.

My 2015 Audi A8 would not start. After getting it towed to the dealership, I was told it would cost $16,000.00 to replace the oil and PCV separators and both turbos. The service tech told me that one turbo is completely not working, and the other turbo is working and will go out soon and the dealership is required to change both turbos. I had no intentions of shelling out $16K. I was referred by a friend to this workshop. After getting my car towed from the deanship to this shop, the tech told me that one turbo is completely gone and the other turbo it can last between 1-2 years and that they can do it for $7K. I told them to go ahead and start the work. I had my car back from the shop for a month know and it is running smooth. The tech Lalo called me a few times after I got my car back to check up and see how the car is running and to remind me not to go over 60 miles per our till I pass the 3000 mile mark to break the turbo in. I definitely recommend this place and will be bring my car along with my wife car.
