Attended the BBQ SMOKED BRISKET class yesterday with my son and we had an amazing time. The Class was taught by a national champion. We learned how to trim and separate a whole brisket into the FLAT & POINT, rubs, wood, pellets sauces and...The Class included two beers, a whole 12lbs raw BRISKET to take home, two jars of rub and our own filet knife. The event was awesome. The store was like a BBQ'rs Disneyworld. The owner and his employees were also wonderful.I would highly recommend Backyard Barbecue.

I have to compliment this store and Dan, Mike and Charlie. My wife purchased a Big Green Egg XL 8 years ago and it was the best 40th birthday present for me. It has held up really nicely but we had a few issues and they recently came to my home to adjust the overhang of the dome. Charlie noticed a few flaws and he called in warranty claims to help me get a better fitting dome and firebox (which had cracked over time). Big Green Egg’s warranty is amazing but you still need a terrific client service team at your local BBQ shop to stand by and help you. I really appreciate what they did for me and this is why you shop at local stores. Thank you guys

Cult of the ceramic grill is firmly entrenched here. The least expensive grill in this place costs more than my first car. In my opinion you should not try to buy your way to being a good cook.

They came out and fixed my BGE, I even had the size wrong and they came back out no questions asked. I’ve been looking for a store that would work on my egg for a long time. It’s like new now! Highly recommend!
