Had a good experience with Tracey and her whole team buying a new car. I had been e-mailing with multiple dealers and Tracey was the only salesperson who would answer my questions directly, not just skirt around them to try to get me to come in in person to have my questions answered. We agreed upon a price via e-mail. They had the car ready for me when I got to the dealership and the whole transaction was quick, easy, and transparent. They didn't try to change any terms and I didn't feel like I was being tricked or coerced into anything other than what we had agreed upon before I came in. The whole team in the sales department worked together to get us out of there as quickly as possible before a snowstorm was supposed to hit. Best car-buying experience I've had thus far.

Worst Kia dealership ever!!! From the receptionist, all the way to the Service Manager - I've never dealt with such a rude, jerkified group of losers. We bought a vehicle from them and have been treated like crap ever since. They only care about getting your money, not about being courteous, professional, or actually going out of their way to give good service - none of this is in their money-grubbing culture. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very bad experience.... I had an apopointment to see a car and drove over an hour to get to the dealership. The car was miraculously taken by a partner dealer minutes before I got there. The manager then said no worries, I have a car that just came in off lease that has 1/2 the miles for the same price. I drove it only to be told it was $3K more. Then all of the lies about the car doesnt come with warranties and I will need to buy an extended for $1900 started. I left and on the way home had my dayughter inquire if the origional car I was going to look at was still there and they said yes, come on it. Its 3 days later and the car is still on their website and they still say its available. I personally would not buy a car there.

I had a very poor experience here. I came in to test drive a K5 GT-Line AWD and the salesman was not very friendly. I was personally still trying to decide if I'd rather have the K5 GT or the GT-Line and I was interested in driving them both. A reasonable request considering that they have completely different engines. Interestingly, I was refused a test drive on K5 GT because "buyers don't want to have miles on their car." This is not a Lamborghini or a Porsche or a Ferrari...this is a Kia. Test drives should be available for interested customers.I would suggest going over to Gerald Kia in Naperville. I had a much better experience there and bought myself a brand new 2024 K5 GT and I love it. Staff is friendly, worked with me on the price, and got a good package all in all.

I recently had our car brought for a recall. After doing the recall work/software update. Upon completion, the car lost functionality, and they wanted us to pay $300 to fix the new issue that was created.So in short, we brought it in, created a new problem, and wanted $300 bucks to fix a issue that wasn't there in the first place. I would not recommend.

I had to bring my car in to get the new install for my Kia Sorrento unfortunately, it was broken into. The employees at this location were very very nice. This location is clean and the people that work here are very attentive. I was there less than 90 minutes and I appreciate that they offer updates throughout your wait via text messaging and also a representative comes personally and tell you how your car is taking the installation.This is one of the better Kia locations to go to so whenever I need more work done on my car I will definitely come here

Great job working with luis at willowbrook kia he took care of the recalls did an awesome job with my warranty claim he also made sure i wasnt overcharged in any way take your car here for repairs and warranty work you wont be disappointed

The mechanics are great and they have never screwed me over price wise, however the customer service this time around was SHOCKING horrible. I repeatedly tried calling to get an update on my car after the estimated completion time had past...I was told my advisors were different people, repeatedly put on hold and no one would answer. I would eventually give up and ask for my advisor the call me back. They never would, clearly the message was never given to them. This also happened when I first dropped off my car and I was told Enterprise would call me within 20 minutes to schedule a rental for me...two days later I was still trying to call my advisor and figure out what was going on...as I didn't know who to call at Enterprise so I just didn't have a car. This went on for like 5 days. Now last night my car was finally finished. I was quoted 7-10 days and it was finished at the 3 week mark. Which I understand delays happen, but nobody updated me until one of the advisors happened to text me and I asked him. My car runs like a dream, and I was so happy to finally have it back that I was going to let this all go and give them another chance...until I realized I left my garage door opener in the rental I left with them. I called them as soon as I realized and asked if they could just bring it inside so I could pick it up in the morning. The woman who answered said it would be taken care of. So my husband goes to pick it up today and they have no idea what he is talking about, someone already picked up the car...and now my garage door opener is MIA. I know that is partially my fault, but this businesses inability to share a simple message, which I attempted to do many times throughout this process, is ridiculous.

This the 2nd time I received the tap dance for my 2014 KIA Forte when I presented my coupon for "The Works".I am told it's for Ford only but there is no reference to that. same coupon used for 20years (3 KIAs 2001, 2010 & 2014)This location has been steady going down hill over last 3to 4 yrs. Today is the deal breaker,1 more year on service contract and good by.
