I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. I brought in a 2003 Navigator for servíce. I was told it was not worth fixing and unsafe. The service manager was rude and complained that my truck got his service floor all full of fluid because it had a leak. That's the reason I brought it in genius - so you can find what's leaking and then do your job and fix it. I took my vehicle to a local mechanic and he fixed it up for me. He did say the truck has some rust but is fine to drive. 3 years later it is still running and sitting in my driveway. Maybe, Willowbrook Ford should start selling dresses instead of fixing cars.

I had the most unbelievable experience today. I brought my car in for a recall. My car was experiencing every issue on the letter and the engine light was on so I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. They took the car in and said it would be a few days. They never told me I would be paying for anything as this was an issue with my type of vehicle. They ran a diagnostic and determined that the problem was not based on the recall and now they are charging me for the diagnostic. The service man and general manager were extremely rude and condescending and literally told me I was stupid for thinking it wasn't going to cost anything. I reported this to the BBB as well as ford consumer affairs. I'm saddened that an icon of a dealership has proven to be one that cannot be trusted. I'm appalled at the way I was treated!

DO NOT GO HERE!! WOMEN BEWARE!! I cant express how awful this experience made me feel today. My fiancé and I brought my car in for a recall and made sure to ask the man who checked my car in 4 SEPARATE TIMES if I would be charged for anything. He said no you're here for a recall but you'll be notified if they find something else wrong and they will only charge you if you give them the go ahead. Got a call today from Matt and he told me I would be charged $170 for a diagnostic that I NEVER AUTHORIZED! This kid was so rude and unprofessional when I expressed my frustration regarding this- he kept interrupting me and said things like "you tell me when you wanna stop yelling at me since you think I'm so rude"... I never raised my voice once. I can only assume Matt doesn't like it when a woman comes in/ uses a stern voice with him. He told me he would have his manager call me and the manager told me if I don't pay he would put a mechanic lien on my car. It's hard enough being a woman going into these places in the first place because they ALWAYS treat us different/poorly. But this has really sealed the deal on the worst experience I've ever had. I ended up picking my car up without them even doing the recall as I don't trust them not to do something to my car. DO NOT GO HERE

I'm only giving this review 2 stars because I did use to like this place at one time and really feel at one time they were better. I use to like this place but over time I have become more and more frustrated with them and my most recent saga has made me hit a breaking point. My truck has a recall on it (I know a Ford with a recall, shocker). it took forever to finally get an appointment to think I'd get it checked out. when I first tried calling to set up I called like 4 days before the date I wanted to bring it in. they said "were a week out on recalls." that I understand it was a bit short noticeso next time I call a week ahead. now they're 2 weeks out. annoyed but whatever I'm still trying to give them the before of the doubt. maybe short staffing. maybe staff they do have is incompetent. Starting to think it's mostly the latter. so I finally go out of my way the next time and greatly inconvenience myself by using a vacation day at work to make sure I have a day to dedicate to getting this done. the inept person I set the appointment with tells me it could be up to a half day wait. I'm not mad that it's a half day, that's not the problem. I understand. so I make plans to watch stuff and get some work done while I wait. so i get there and the guy tells me I can't wait there. because now suddenly it's "at least 1 day, maybe 2 day process" and he tries flaunting some note in his tablet that says I was told to drop the vehicle off. I was never told I couldn't wait. and that I HAD to drop my vehicle off am leave. When I heard "half day" I figured the person knew what they were talking about, and I can wait that out. So they offer rides, but I live outside the distance they're willing to drive (10 miles, a fair amount I admit) so apparently it's on me to either inconvenience my friends or family for a ride, or use my money on a ride share or to get a rental from somewhere because Ford can't make a vehicle right the first time. if this is the case they should offer courtesy vehicles or cover the cost of a rental. it shouldn't be on the customer to be financially inconvenienced because of the company's incompetence.

The service department has a terrific service advisor, Diane. She is professional, helpful and ever so pleasant. Glad I bought my car from Willowbrook Ford.

On 10/27/22 we bought a used Equinox 93k mikes and salesman Andy was very nice to deal with. We paid cash, so no fussing with financing. So far car has been great. We came back 3 times to test drive it, I'm very particular plus it's my wife's car and she needed to drive it too. Had no issues with Andy or the dealership, and they were willing to negotiate. We feel we got a great deal. It is a 2018 car, and the battery was original, so that failed and I replaced it. Shame on me for not replacing it right away, because I know all you can safely get is 4 1/2 years out of a battery. I would recommend Andy to anyone buying from Willowbrook. Older guy, knowledgeable, down to earth, not showy or pushy.

I took my Ford into my regular mechanic for a check engine light. He said it was the catalytic converter and that part is still under factory Ford warranty. I made an appointment at Willowbrook with Matt Hull. Also, I was getting a hum from the rear area and asked Matt to let me know what he thought. My mechanic said it was most likely a wheel bearing noise. They're mechanic Adam E. confirmed that is was a bad converter and they would order one under warranty and also that both rear wheel bearings were going bad and out of warranty. (Has only 51,000 miles) $1030. to repair... I figured they could just do it while the Escape was already there. Okayed repair and I asked him to ask Ford for some $$ help. They shouldn't have gone out this soon. I called my mechanic to tell him and he said "I'm being charged about 100% too much!! Motorcraft factory bearings are $137. each plus a couple hours of labor I was charged $500.) Check the rockauto website for parts price".This is a well established Ford Dealership and should treat their local clientele fairly Instead of gouging us. I know you pay a dealer a little more, but they don't need to RIP US OFF.

I bought a used Mach E at another dealer that still needed recall work done on the glass roof and windshield. First time I ever had to work with Willowbrook. I had heard nightmare stories of other places taking weeks to complete the job, breaking the windshield, and many other issues but this place... One Day! Done! Professional from start to finish! They are very friendly and customer oriented. I live across the street from another Ford service shop but I will gladly drive the 30 minutes to go to willowbrook for anything I need in the future including new vehicles. Customer for life!

I was not satisfied with this company at all! Sat there nearly 3 hours and was not offered water but noticed other customers with water bottles. The staff was standing around talking among themselves and acted as if my brother and I were not there. Saw other customers come and go, while we stood there watching them shooting the s$&* and laughing.They had one financial officer. Not a problem, but after he finished with the family before us, we (my brother and I) waited 30 extra minutes, after waiting around for 2 hours, before the financial officer was finally able to attend to us.So happy we don't ever have to deal with them again!

If you're a Veteran or person of color! DO NOT SHOP here. Sat here 21/2 hours to buy a car with my sister( also a vet) to watch them break their neck for every one except US! Offered them extra chairs, water and soda. Didn't offer IS a damn thing in 21/2 hours except excuses on why it took so long watched 9 people stand and do nothing!!!
