Ernie the manager initially helped me set up my new business account. I had a few hiccups happen and came back once or twice and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

If everyone who helped customers was like Danny it would never be a headache. No double talk no pushing just honest and straightforward. Even when I had a problem outside of the scope of the verizon service with signing into an app on my new phone he helped.
