Went to the post office to retrieve package sent by third party. Explained I needed the medicine. The woman at the desk told me she was the only one there and that she would have to go scan all the packages. She initially asked me for a tracking number which I showed her. She then refused to go check the packages because it was 3:50pm and she was closing in 10min. I tried to explain that I needed the medicine tonight. She said it will be delivered tomorrow. I didn't call her out o the fact that I heard other people's voices in the back. Complete lack of empathy and no willingness to actually do the bare minimum to take care of a customer.

Ladonna Campbell the most unprofessional supervisor I ever dealt with. She lied and told me she was gone call me back about why I’m not receiving mail and never did. I showed her my informed delivery and mailing address and she refused to help me. She lied and said that the post master was not in at the moment called back a few hours later she stated he off today. How can a supervisor lie like this crazy. Ladonna is the worst person I’ve ever dealt with.

Why do they even have a phone ? They never answer it! My mail was on hold and supposed to be delivered but it wasn't. I guess I'll have to go there and hope it's there.

Worst PO People are so LAZY to deal with customer. Rude and don't know how to act professionally with their job. Only the Supervisor name Nacine is the one who help me. Now I know why the review is very low. Based on my own personal experience the PO District Manager should do their own investigation.

Package was “out for delivery” last week and has been showing “awaiting delivery scan” ever since then. The lady who I called to have help me asked for my name, put me on hold for ten minutes, just for her to ask me for my name again and said she’d call an hour later. Very unprofessional.

The lady working there seemed to be having a challenging day and may not have been in the best mood. It's essential that employees in customer-facing roles maintain a positive attitude. I'd appreciate it if USPS could consider providing additional training and support to ensure better customer experiences and prevent negative interactions.

Horrible place, with rude employees. When I went to drop off my prelabeled package at the loading deck area, she asked me to get inside their building and drop off the packages into their cart by myself. I told her I was not supposed to get inside their working area. What if I get hurt in their building?she said she doesn't care. she said she couldn't lift my package, but it was just around 30 lb. How did she get this job if she couldn't lift that weight?she just said to get inside the building and put your packages inside the cart by yourself, or go somewhere else.

Dont complain to the USPS. They're all government employees so dont have to do much and have no accountability. Maybe complain to OIG???? Not sure that will do much since they're also government employees. We're all stuck.the fact that they dont pick up the phone or close early is 100% government fraud. Maybe the OIG should look into it.

Had a $150 package delivered but put into the wrong mailbox. Who knows if one of my neighbors took it out and kept it for themselves. I’ve been trying to get a guy out here to check for me but they never answer their phones.

My mail carrier just decided to stop delivering mail to my building with this "official" notice. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they can only refuse delivery for safety issues like dogs... This is completely unprofessional and I'm pretty sure illegal. This carrier should no longer be employed. This whole post office branch is a big joke.

If you try to go in at 3.54 pm the front door is already closed and locked even though door sign says hours are 10 am to 4 pm.

I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS POST OFFICE THAT DO NOT DELIVER MY MAIL. I HAVE TO KEEP REORDERING IMPORTANT MAIL LIKE BANK CARDS, INSURANCE CARDS, SOCIAL SECURITY STUFF BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY DON'T GET MY MAIL. WHY DON'T CORPORATE DO SOMETHING? I WANT TO MOVE JUST SO I CAN START GETTING MY MAIL!

They steal your mail and say it’s your neighbor or the mail never came.. they have stole packages and checks the sad part there’s nobody to fix it

The mailbox outside the building is full for the last 2 days, it looks like they didn't pick-up the mail, I stopped by them to let them know that the outside box is full and the costumer service door was closed until 10:05 AM. that office is doing a very poor service to the public even the road is to the mailbox it need to be redone for more the 2 years.
