I am sorry that I have to give such a bad review but I purchased a Bonsai from them about a month ago, it did not do well. I followed the instructions and returned the plant to them in less than 30 days. No one called me back so I went back to the nursery 2 weeks after dropping it off.I was told the plant was dead, I asked for a replacement or refund which was refused. I was asked if I wanted the bonsai container back and I asked for it back.Really bad customer relations. I have purchased other bonsai from them and had them repot some.I will not go there again. Such a shame.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was thee to purchase a Red Bud tree. Setting up delivery and planting was quick and easy. Whenever possible I try to shop at local independently owned businesses.

Decent. Upset my bonsai came with every pest imaginable. Spider mites, fungus gnats, mealybugs ect. Implement IPM asap.

I’m new to bonsai and came here for the first time yesterday, the tree selection is amazing, it was beautiful just to walk through and look.After selecting a tree a few of the employees took the time to talk to me about getting into bonsai and offered some tips without me even asking.Spent some time talking to Jeff, who was helpful, friendly and humble. I commented on how i have a lot to learn and he reassured me “I’ve been doing this over 30 years and I still have a lot to learn, don’t worry” he gave me tips on how to properly take care of the tree and when to do what he described.Excellent experience and I can’t wait to go back

Jeff and the gang are ACES !!! If you are in the Midwest, this is the place for BIG COLLECTED TREES !!! Of course they have the smaller stuff and the beginner stuff, but if you want HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL, this is the place !!!
