The rooms here are really great with the whirlpool and the steam shower.What I found to be lacking was the service and rudeness of some of the front desk employees. This staff was not the most considerate about accommodating my physical disability, which left a bad taste at the end of an otherwise nice stay.All in all, I'm not sure that I would stay here again despite my enjoyment of the rooms

I guess a good night sleep isn’t important because the bed and pillows are most uncomfortable. A lot needs to be updated as a whole.

I like it for the natural air and nature there. My room was awesome and worth every penny. I will do. I will tell my friends from work to come there to pay because it’s worth every dollar in this amazing place to go when you need to focus on yourself.

I had a very fun time with my wife and made a very good impression on Illinois. It was close to other activities so me and my wife could go and have fun in other places. To summarise I’m very happy with my experience in the hotel and would definitely go back with my wife. This hotel made a very good person Illinois and I’m very happy and I went there. I finally enjoyed my time alone quietly, and found the place to go to my mind with the family and the wife and lover. Thank you for the great time at the lodge the hotel was very nice and the rooms were very common. I found the bed very nice and the water was very hot and it was nice and I enjoyed my vacation very much so and would probably go back. The place is amazing and thank you very much

My boyfriend surprised me by taking me here recently and although I appreciate him for doing so the stay was less than pleasing. He went ahead before me to set up so when I got there he had the room decorated really nice but once I hit the lights, the issues started. The mini fridge didn’t work and leaked all over the floor, the thermostat was not working so it was 66 degrees, nothing a battery replacement couldn’t fix after calling the front desk. The shower floor was disgusting to the point I stood on a towel to shower. Last but not least at 4 am we were awakened by my boyfriend getting bitten by a bed bug. That was it, the last straw. We complained to the front desk, showed proof, received a full refund, and immediately left. Long story short we will not be returning.

My wife was so happy about the fact that I took her to the lodge. She enjoyed the room and it connected us and made us talk, and we have a quality time together. I enjoyed any moment of the large with her. The room are designed perfectly for a couples and will sure come back.
