Barb provides exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and helped me find exactly what I needed. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for not only their great products but also for the outstanding customer care you'll receive!

It's different, no target close to home, so not a regular. Seemed like an up-scale Walmart with less variety. Not that there wasn't plenty to choose from. Just prefer smaller shopping centers. Would rather get a much as possible from local Mom n Pop shops. Yes, it's more stops, but it supports the community.

Well stocked store with great deals. Super clean. Nancy who was helping me in the clothing department went above and beyond to help me locate my correct size. Truly an exceptional employee!

My coupons didn't scan so I had to go to customer service. I was informed there that I could only use 1 coupon. Ridiculous! I bought different products of the same brand apparebtly not allowed. Though it was all on 1 coupon insert from the same paper. Customer service should understand how coupons are meant to be used. Not a blanket policy of 1 coupon per brand. I've seen more than 1 Tide coupon on Target circle. I guess it's okay for the corporation and not the individual guest. Very poor service.

if I could give a 0 star, i would. I’ve been “helped” (if you can even say that) by the same associate twice, that i came to this location. She is SO RUDE. she’s this old lady in the electronics section who is always riding around in a scooter, beeping at everyone in her way. Shes extremely impatient and bitter. her makeup is hideous and she reeks of fish. The first time i went, i asked for an item that wasn’t on shelf, but the app said was in stock, I was asking a different associate and she butted in and yelled at me saying “ WHAT WE HAVE OUT IS WHAT WE HAVE!!”, well damn! could’ve said it nicer and i would've been on my way. The employee i was originally talking to just stared at me shameful of his co worker’s actions. the second time, i asked for an item,(again) Said in stock but wasnt out. i clicked on the help button in electronics and i prayed inside that she wasnt in this day. surprise, surprise. i heard some loud beeping getting closer and closer. i knew it was her, for a second i thought about going to a different associate before she saw me. but i didnt and decided to give a second chance. The second she saw me she yelled from across the isle, “what do you want?” i kindly asked her for the item that wasnt placed outside and she said LOUDLY “which one” REPEATEDLY talking over me. She just kept saying it over and over while rolling her eyes, as i was LITERALLY telling her the name. She dug through her cart basket and said “this one?” , i said yes. And grabbed one, she said “i forgot to stock them earlier”. Okay… maybe lets work on stocking items instead of being so rude to customers. im so over it, i just want to avoid this target overall, shes so rude and makes me feel agitated and emotionally distressed. please do something about her. Maybe a little re-training and restraining will help.

Awesome associates here, helpful and give detailed answers. Not sure why mens shoes inventory was so bare this visit?

I like this target except for the fitting room workers. They are either never around, or disgruntled when opening up a room for you. Today, just sealed the deal. I approached the fitting room area with my daughter in a cart and already the attendant look annoyed as she opened up a room. At this same time, my 3 year old went quiet and suddenly threw up. As I used all the wipes and tissues in my bag to catch/soak it up - I say to the worker that my daughter threw up so that she was aware and could take the proper procedure for sanitizing as I assume target has procedures for this. I wouldn't just want to walk away. The worker abruptly responded saying " I don't have anything." And she continues to fold clothes. My daughter continues to throw up as I'm still trying to catch it from getting on the ground. It's definitely on the cart but not any merchandise. She finally asks if paper towels will help and hands me a few. I'm still cleaning it up , frazzled as she watches and have to ask her for more paper towels. Finally, my daughter stops and I get her out of the cart. No merchandise is damaged and it is only then the worker appears to radio for some clean up help when i tell her I'm leaving the cart and walking away. I didn't expect anyone to clean up my mess but common decency to get me supplies to clean would have been helpful! The blank stare and annoyance sent me over the edge. Hence, this review. This store needs updated customer service and sanitizing training.

Came in for an order pickup. They didn’t have all the items I ordered but still charged me for them so they made me get back in the long return line to refund my money rather than fixing the problem right away. The whole target seems understaffed. Checkout lines were 30 people long.

I was just shopping at this target location listening to Stephanie who seems to be a manager yelling into her walkie talking while standing no more than 5 feet from me. As if that wasn’t rude enough, she then put her walkie talkie down and proceeded to shout orders at an employee that was literally 3 aisles down. “Can you take this grocery order I know you’re off at 1230”. It was so loud, so rude and quite frankly not what I would expect from someone in leadership at target. I decided there was nothing I needed badly enough to stand there and listen to the racket so I left. Good thing because there were only 2 checkout lanes open and like 10 people in line for the self checkout. Do better Target!

Stopped here today to grab a couple of things. Linda, who works in the woman's department completely ignored me while she was on a personal phone call on her cell phone. I circled back a couple minutes later and she was still on her cell phone. Lucky I was able to find another employee that was actually helpful. Linda should be fired.

In store pick up is ridiculously slow, curbside is faster. Waiting 15min for a 4 item order that was ready at 10am, and it’s not busy at the moment.

Clean store and very brightly lit. I like the remodel done over the last several years. Easy access off 83rd. The self checkouts keep the checkout area more organized. The only issue worth mentioning is the pallet right in the middle of the aisle. Literally, while my fiancee and I were browsing, a customer tripped over it and almost fell.
