“I had a really great experience with a team member by the name of Krystal. Krystal went above & beyond the call of duty to help me with a package & was very informative & taught me a few things today. She was patient, knowledgeable, precise & friendly while remaining professional. I don't know her & so I tried to ask her if she liked Starbucks so that I could reward her & of course, she thanked me but, refused any type of gift other than a simple thank you, while stating that she is just here to help me accomplish my goals in the store. I always am trying to look for ways to be a blessing to people in the customer service industry because my own love language is service & I am used to wowing associates that I come into contact with knowing the challenges that they face on a day to day basis. Thank you FedEx for employing incredible professionals that do their job with passion!”

“I come here a couple of times a year when I need supplies for the office. They have a good selection of ink. I recommend coming in the morning before Portillo's is open because parking lot gets congested. To me, that's the only downfall of this location.”
