Purchased 3 waters and a Red Bull, asked if they had a bathroom (knowing the do) they just need to give you the key as the bathroom is outside and he looked at me and said, “No bathroom” they must not like Mexicans using their bathroom. 0/5 starts not even one.

The employee was extremely friendly — had to microwave our breakfast and he provided a clean plate so we didn’t have to styrofoam! He even offered us free coffee. Best place to get gas in the area and microwave breakfast on the go

Release my funds! I find it crazy that nobody picks up the phone here. Now I have to travel 100 miles to talk to someone in person. I was passing this shell for a job on Saturday morning at 2am using my cash app card they took the entire $85 off I had. Find out the machine kept saying remove your card and got stuck that way so I went inside and requested $15 of gas using my actual bank card. Now it’s Monday evening and the funds still listed as pending I never got gas off that transaction. All other gas stations release funds the same day after they update the correct amount. I’ve been calling here and no answer!

Cleaning out and vacuuming my car in the vacuum parking. While unloading my belongings in the trunk some dirt fell on the ground, shortly after have a man come and ask me "what am I doing" I respond saying "cleaning my car?" While I pick up the dirt he proceeds to belittle me and says I can't do that here. Didn't know you can't clean your car at gas station/car wash

I watched the cashier come out and yell at a man pumping gas for no reason. Upon entering, the atmosphere was very threatening. My friend asked for a product at least 5 times, each time the cashier got it wrong and responded increasingly ruder throughout. Definitely over priced

Gas always always over spills, it only happens to me at this gas station. Probably owes me like $4 or $5 in gas already & my tire gets an ugly brown color, spilled on my shoes today...I will be going elsewhere. Please msg me back Shell. . This is totally unexceptable!!

Stopped in here to get gas after a long night of driving Lyft. The guy came outside to literally yell at me unprovoked while I was at the pump so I left. Extremely nasty and unprofessional. Just get what you need across the street at BP. If I could give 0 stars I would.

GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION!!! Not only is everything over priced, the owner of this gas station is EXTREMELY rude! My best friend and I went to this gas station and before even walking in all the way, we asked the owner if he could give us change after using his ATM, to which he agreed. At the last minute when I asked for change, in an extremely rude and condescending tone, he told me and my friend no and that we had to buy something from his store (I was planning on getting a FULL tank of gas). Before we even got out of our car when we first got there, he wouldn't stop trying to look into my car and when we went into his store, he kept acting like we were going to steal something! Very bad vibes, very rude, and terrible customer service. I would rather pay more money than go here again.
