This carrier never applies our quote and always rebills us for more. Even if you submit all proper documentation to dispute, they will not change the rate. Since they never bill correctly, shippers are much better off using ABF, XPO, Estes, or Old Dominion. Do not use these guys

Scheduling department is awful. They can’t make an appointment to save their life. Scheduler called me 2x days in a row, 5 min before they left for the day-never left any messages. Received two deliveries that I wasn’t prepared for because of bad communication. Have had much better experiences with other local companies.

I received a call from Saia on Friday, June 14 to schedule my delivery for Monday, June 17 between 12-3pm. I did not receive a courtesy call to let me know the shipment would not be delivered as scheduled.
I then called this morning to find out where my shipment was, I was not given a reason for the delay. I rescheduled for today from 8am-3pm delivery window. At 2:30 I had to call Saia again to see where my shipment was, only to find out I will NOT RECEIVE IT AGAIN TODAY???
This is completely unacceptable. Why call and schedule a delivery and then leave your customer in the dark and still without the delivery. Horrible customer experience.

We had a delivery at our school and our custodians weren’t available during drop off. Our driver Xavier Atwater carried 66 tables not only inside but to their destination of the gymnasium. I greatly appreciate people like Xavier who go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you!
