This place is awful. I placed an order 3 days ago and was told it would arrive 2 days later. Nothing came, instead they said it just shipped! They do not care that your child has no formula, they claim they can't bring it to you and tell you to go to the store and buy it yourself while waiting for your pre-paid items! Willowbrook claims Management is in Indiana, Kim Hurst and Deon Paholski but, they won't "do anything" because they are out of state. HORRIBLE, INEFFICIENT & USELESS. Judging from the reviews, it's no wonder!! They always respond with some generic, take no accountability response! Don't be fooled!****UPDATE*** See generic response given to this review, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME, THEY COMPLETELY BLEW IT OFF AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS!

Went to pick up the new C pap and supplies for my dad this week and all I have to say is " wow " thank you to the staff for your great service , you don't see this kind of service now a days.

I was having issues sleeping with my cpap machine due to the full mask and thought I would try a different mask. I came in this morning and the manager Said helped me out. He was outstanding. He allowed me to try on 2 types of nasal masks and gave me the time needed to determine which one was best for me. He was also so informative regarding the differences of both masks and very patient as I made my decision. I'm so glad I came in today and am very excited to try on my new mask tonight. Thank you, Said and Lincare for providing incredible service!!

Company is ok. Only reason I think k it’s a 3 star is because the equipment is pretty old.
The only reason I’m still there is because of their delivery person Brandon he doesn’t outstanding job and make sure that everything I need is taken care of. It wasn’t for him. I think I would’ve changed companies so thank you Brandon.

I gave them one star because they do not have zero stars. They are very ignorant people who work at Lincare . They DO NOT care what so ever about thier customers. They constantly send out the wrong supplies and then when you call them they purposely hang up on you. VERY IGNORANT. People please AVOID them like the plague. Go somewhere else if you can . They are RUDE AND IGNORANT

If I could it would be zero stars. I wanted to move my BiPAP supplies out of my current provider. This so called company is in network with my provider. I called and made an appointment to come in.
1. They tried to sell me the wrong size mask and told me that the size I needed was special order. They tried to sell me a small I need a large.
2. They tried to sell me the wrong size pillow for that mask. I use a medium they tried selling me a small.
3. After I left without purchasing anything I was told that their warehouse wouldn't send me any supplies unless I went and physically bought something from the local supplier. This was the local supplier that tried to sell me all the wrong stuff.
4. They kept saying my medical provider wasn't faxing over the right paperwork. In fact they did send all the right documents multiple times.
5. The so called knowledgeable person selling me the wrong items left the room multiple times to talk to her manager. For what I'm still trying to figure that out.
6. At this point I told them I wouldn't be using their services and left.
7. I got a call from my medical provider letting me that they had contacted them asking for my Dr to sign paperwork. I let my medical provider know that I did not establish any relationship with Lincare and to not send them over any more of my medical information.

Getting cpap supplies is an insane hassle, it's as though no one in the company can look at a computer and communicate with a physicians office. My husband hasn't had his supplies in nearly a year, we called today and they said they've had has referral for 6 weeks! No one did anything with it! The person we spoke with said he had supplies mailed out and confirmed that his referral is valid for 10 months..2 hours later my husband got a call that his referral is due and that a document was faxed- to the wrong doctor. My supplies come from advocate home health and I don't deal with any of these issues. Run from this company if you can, request that your supplies come from elsewhere or else be prepared to fight nearly a year for supplies and have them still mess it up.

I am so grateful for the care and attention my mom and I received from Lincare.My mom had a 2 year struggle with ALS and the help we received in managing her complex condition was excellent. From the kindness on the phone to help triage problems, to the caring home visits with Debi and Brent when we were totally lost with her machines, to the excellent coordination of care from Shennen, Susan and Tequila in the office. I am so lucky to have worked with this company…and made great friends along the way,?

Bad service told me I had order my own mask replacement because they didn’t give me enough time to try another mask because I am Iclaustrophobic and I have to use that mask unit I see my doctor in 22 days very bad service do not recommend also they are very rude to us the customers go to a different supplier bad service bad

On hold on the phone for over 45 min. Never got to speak to anyone. At least pick up and say something!!! Everyone is right this place sucks. Repeated attempts at calling too.
