I really love this KIA dealership!! I've purchased 2 KIAs from here and leased one. From the Dealership, to Service, including the Bodyshop (Especially Jeanine and Mike... and even after a frustrating Auto Theft). I've always had a relatively great experience here!
Kudos to consistency, professionalism and overall good business practices at the Willowbrook location. Thank you.

I rarely leave reviews--but I've been coming here for service since getting my Kia two years ago and I cannot stress enough how much I LOVE Diana and her staff. She's absolutely fantastic and as long as she's here, I'll only use this Service Center for my car's maintenance needs. 10/10 customer service!

Scammers! Stay away!I chose to become a Willowbrook Kia customer several years ago when I purchased my Kia Sorento because I thought it would make any possible warranty-related issues easier to address. In the last few years, the service department experience has progressively worsened. After a recent experience and an experience I had today, I'm not sure I would even go there for a warranty-related issue.Last July 2023, my right brake light was out, so I made an appointment for it to be replaced. I was on time to my appointment, and it took them about 2 hours to replace this brake light. They said that it took a long time because they thought I also wanted a multi-point vehicle inspection, and they recommended $791 of work for the cabin filter, fluids, engine air filter, and transmission. The whole experience seemed shady, so I declined the recommended services.I did not do the work on my own, nor did I have the services completed anywhere else. My car appeared to be running fine. I decided to go back to Willowbrook Kia one more time in December 2023 for an oil change. They did the multi-point inspection, and none of the same work was recommended. So, unless these filter, fluids, and transmission issues magically resolved themselves, they were trying to scam me last July.Fast forward to March 2024, when another driver pointed out to me that my right brake light was out. Since Willowbrook Kia replaced it last July, I thought it might be under warranty, so, despite my extreme reservations, I went there to see. I asked the person doing intake if this would be under warranty, and, avoiding my direct question, he said that it might be an electrical issue, not the bulb. I'd need to leave my car with them for 24 to 48 hours for "diagnostic testing." I asked if they could first test the bulb to see if the bulb itself was working as that seemed to be a quick indicator of whether or not it was the bulb or not. (I recognize that an electrical issue might cause the bulb to go out, yet, if the bulb was working, then I reasoned it might be a problematic connection and/or electrical issue.) He repeated the line about diagnostic testing. I don't trust them to do any diagnostics on my car. Stay away from this place!

They will try and drag out your 100k mile warranty. And make it difficult to get you in a loaner for something the manufacturing is at fault for creating such a faulty engine.

I enjoy writing reviews because it allows regular people like me to share their opinions with other regular people. However, I refrain from writing negative reviews because most people tend to criticize before they compliment. Nevertheless, when it comes to Willowbrook Kia, I have thought about writing a negative review and have ultimately decided to do so. First and foremost, allow me to express that the staff is composed of very pleasant individuals who consistently provide professional support. I bought a Kia Telluride when it first came out and my family loved it. Two years later, while driving, I heard a loud knocking sound from the engine. I stopped and checked for a flat tire. It wasn't the tire. Luckily, I was near a reputable mechanic, so I drove to his shop. He checked the car and, to my shock, informed me that all the oil had leaked out of the engine. Even in my early years of driving hoopoes, I've never had oil drain from the engine. The issue got worse when I first contacted Berwyn Kia, which is closer to my house. They were awful and, to be honest, very rude. I remember deciding to drive all the way to Willowbrook Kia, which is a distance from my house, based on the rude staff at Berwyn Kia, which is located within a couple miles, and where I purchased my Telluride. How quickly they reminded me of their rudeness. Berwyn Kia wanted me to leave the truck for one month before they would even look at it. They didn't offer a loaner, a ride home, or any help whatsoever.Despite the helpful staff at Willowbrook, they requested that I leave my truck for a week before testing the engine to see what was wrong. After a week had passed, Luis, one of their technicians, called to inform me that they fixed the issue. I had to rent a car while they worked on my truck. Once again, Willowbrook Kia (WBK) didn't offer me a ride home, a loaner car, or assistance with the rental fee. Since the truck wasn't in an accident, my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of the rental. I sent the $500 bill to WBK and received a $45 check in the mail. After a couple of months, I noticed the truck was burning oil and knocking again. I paid attention to the oil levels and made another appointment with WBK. They informed me that they had to keep the truck to run a test on the engine. I rented a car again while they worked on my truck. WBK didn't offer me a ride home, a loaner car, or assistance with the rental fee. Luis sealed the oil stick and cap and told me to watch the mileage. When the truck hit seven hundred miles, I had to call him. I returned the rental car and picked up the truck. A week later, the engine violently knocked, especially when stopped at a traffic light. I checked the oil level and called Luis, only to be scolded by him for violating the test. He told me that I needed to retake the test and schedule another appointment for service. When I called to schedule another appointment, the young lady explained the process. I needed to leave the truck and drive it for a thousand miles before returning it a second time to monitor the oil level. After the second appointment, I would have to call and schedule a third appointment and leave the truck for a week or more before they could return it to me with the final test results. Luis informed me that I had to budget for a rental car that would cost around $3,000.00 for a total of three visits to run tests on a mechanical issue for Kia without any reimbursement or compensation from Kia.I want to reiterate that I am not pointing fingers at Luis or the WBK staff for adhering to Kia's servicing protocol. WBK did not provide any assistance, and it seems impossible to get in touch with Kia corporate. All they suggest is that I take the truck to a local Kia service center to start the nightmare all over again. The poor service, refusal to assist in any way, and most importantly having to pay for a truck whose engine might blow any day, is why I'm writing this report to not only Google but to the Better Business Bureau, and the State of Illinois.

In October 2021 my 2015 Kia Optima engine was replaced at this service center. I have had to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils at least 3 times since they replace the engine. Finally decided to take car back since check engine light is constantly coming on, now they are saying the compressor in engine is gone and of course it's not covered. they are saying the engine needs to be replaced. This engine is barely a year old . Can someone please help or recommend who I can talk to at Kia. I don't think I should have to replace an engine they put in and barely a year old

They were very accommodating and I was able to get in quickly, leave the car there, they drove me to work and picked me up. The car was fine, everything worked well. I would definitely recommend their service department. You won't be disappointed
