“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”

“I visited T-Mobile's store in Countryside, IL with my Samsung Galaxy 813. I had unknowingly changed my PIN, and was locked out of my phone. There was no way to unlock it, so I had to purchase a new Galaxy 816. My sales representative, Mercedes, was very patient and helpful, as she took me through the process of purchasing and activating my new phone. I could not be anymore satisfied with her service and will continue to visit your store for any needs that may arise in the future. Thank you so much!”
“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”

“Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. Able to make a claim to the insurance to get a replacement in 2 days! I appreciate Doug being patient with me with the whole process!!”

“I came in a week ago to get a new account. I really wanted the iPhone 14 pro, and since it was on backorder, they had to have it shipped to me. A few days later, I had my phone! I didn't expect it to get it so fast! The associates here are so helpful! And I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to services. I'm here again today, December 17, 2022 because I tried to activate my new device at home and totally FAILED! The online chat support associates were of no help and they redirected me to go to a T-Mobile store. Since I had a great experience last week, I came back for help. Today I was helped by Norelys, who is AMAZING! She was able to get my new device activated and help me bring up the iCloud backup on this new iPhone 14 pro device! 110% Recommend this location! I'm walking out a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

She needs to be promoted. If you have an issue with your service you need to ask for her. She was great in customer service.”
“The best customer service center in the area. Happy to resolve the billing issues for us. However, parking for elderly customers that can't walk very far is a problem. It appears to be poorly designed by the development company. And did not appear to have any handicap parking at the front of the building.”

“I've never had better service in a phone store than the service my mom and I received today at this store from Niah and Johnny, I seriously cannot recommend this store enough! Niah made us feel so comfortable and she had us cracking up she is so funny, just overall super personable. Johnny was amazing as well ith helping personalize our plan as we switched from at&t to Verizon, he seemed to genuinely care about every customer. The promotion prices were just the cherry on top, I couldn't believe we got top of the line phones with top of the line data for such an affordable price, it was like a dream! My only regret is that we didn't make the switch sooner. I will forever remember this wonderful experience today and I will be recommending Verizon to everyone I know. Thank you Niah and Johnny, truly you were a blessing helping us out today and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!!!”
