Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at any FedEx location. I didn't get the woman's name but she definitely gave the impression that she didn't want to be there and didn't care who knew it. Even if she was following procedure by not accepting my packages she could have at least pretended to give a damn! I wound up driving to another location and shipping my items without incident, so obviously it wasn't something i was doing. Not sure what her problem is but I will never set foot in that location again. Maybe she gets a bonus for chasing customers away, if this is the same woman others have mentioned than it seems like she's good at it! Going to look into lodging a formal complaint, I ship a lot of packages at a lot of fedex locations and (again) have never encountered anything like this. AVOID this location!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but Gianna and her team were extremely helpful this afternoon and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable!! I know where I will be printing all of my things from now on!

I dont know why people have such negative reviews of this place. I've been here multiple times to get my printed research poster, always is fast and efficient. I was here a few days ago to return (and exchange) an item I got from adidas. It went to adidas crazy fast, got my new product way quicker than expected.

The manager has always been extremely rude for no reason. I print at the shop quite often and every other employee is very nice kind and helpful. The manager at this location is never helpful. and makes it feel like she hates the job and hates everyone who walks into the store. Because of this I have to drive to a different FedEx store every time I need something printed which is an extra 20 minutes. There in 20 minutes back for me. I don’t know what her deal is.

Drop off my return here. Give the lady the return code but she asked me to pay $8 for a packaging box because mine was not good enough. Avoid this place.

I have a great experience every single time I visit this location. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful with my shipping needs. The service is quick, and the facility was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend this location!

I don't understand why everyone is confused about why they ask what you're shipping... If you've ever been to any other FedEx Store - THEY ALL ASK YOU. So must be a policy. I had a great time with the staff at this location - everyone is sooo nice!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Gianna is rude, uneducated and obvious not trained to run a facility. After reading the reviews I cannot understand how FedEx does not step up and fix the problems. It's not just one person giving a bad review it's most of reviews being negative about this location. In the future, I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.

UPDATE 3/4/24 - SOMEONE HAS STOLEN MY PHONE POSSIBLY FROM THIS LOCATION. I TRADED IN MY PHONE AND SHIPPED IT RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING SO MAYBE THIS WAS A MISTAKE BECAUSE THEY HAD THE WHOLE NIGHT TO GO THROUGH PACKAGES AND STEAL WHATEVER THEY LIKE. IS THERE A REASON WHY YOUR EMPLOYEES ALWAYS ASK WHAT IS INSIDE THE PACKAGE?
ORIGINAL: I am trying to leave feedback on FedEx website due to the unprofessional attitude of two employees. However the receipt that I got from the kiosk is missing important info such as the store number, I wonder why? Probably management set it up that way so we cannot leave feedback for your location. The first employee did not feel like scanning my item and printing out a receipt for me so she literally told me to go scan it on the self service kiosk. “If you need a receipt you gotta scan it” or something along these lines. Really? I am asking for a receipt and she is acting like I asked her for something outside of her work responsibilities. Besides Its not like I haven’t been there before when employee have no issue scanning the item and giving me the receipt. So yes, lazy and arrogant. She just turned her back on me and went somewhere as if I bothered her during her personal time. Lady if you are reading this - when you are at work, you get paid for helping out customers and you get a paycheck at the end of the week thanks to customers like me. So apparently that girl did not feel like working today (or maybe none of these days) but had no issue servicing other customers after me. I did go to the self service kiosk and I scanned my package, I get an error message and called over another woman for help who was carrying a package. She tells me scan the barcode (as if I dont know what I need to be scanning, the issue was the error message) and tells me sorry this is too heavy (talking about the package she carried) Maybe I should be sorry for bothering you too as well or I should have carried that package for you then??! Do you two realize that you are at work? You made the choice and you work at FedEx ?
Find a better job if you are tired of people

I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location multiple times. The staff are unhelpful and lack the motivation to work. They always say “we can’t do it” while other locations easily do it.Going here is just a waste of time.

This location is beyond unreliable. I needed biohazardous material boxed and labeled as such. The woman up front LIED, stating they don't handle material like that, but after traveling to the Hindsdale location, they verified its a nationwide service that's provided for customers.
