I had a really great experience with a team member by the name of Krystal. Krystal went above & beyond the call of duty to help me with a package & was very informative & taught me a few things today. She was patient, knowledgeable, precise & friendly while remaining professional. I don't know her & so I tried to ask her if she liked Starbucks so that I could reward her & of course, she thanked me but, refused any type of gift other than a simple thank you, while stating that she is just here to help me accomplish my goals in the store. I always am trying to look for ways to be a blessing to people in the customer service industry because my own love language is service & I am used to wowing associates that I come into contact with knowing the challenges that they face on a day to day basis. Thank you FedEx for employing incredible professionals that do their job with passion!

I honestly think this FedEx deserves zero stars, but that is not an option. I have never experienced such horrible customer service over and over again. I would go to this location to get things printed out for me many times and every time felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing, never trying to help me out or give me a heads up about everything they were going to charge me for. They also made it seem like me coming in to get things printed was so inconvenient for them, even when all they were doing was sitting behind the counter chatting with one another. And when I say "they", I really am only talking about Krystal (who I think is one of the managers). She is one of the rudest people I think I have ever met and very disrespectful to her customers. She should read these reviews and try to make a change in how she treats others and maybe then this location would have more than a 2.8 rating and people would actually want to come back here. But I can say for a fact that after my last experience, I will never come back here because all that woman does is ruin your day instead of doing her job.

Zero stars.Lousy customer service.I went there to ship a package (which had been shipped to me originally by Fed Ex and was in the original packaging) and was told by the customer service that I couldn't use the existing box but had to use (purchase) one of their boxes... I said that doesn't make any sense, its packaged in the original packaging, delivered to me by FedEx, and was told, "that's our policy".I think this was just made this up to be a pain in the a**, and this unhappy employee was having a bad day and didn't feel like doing their job... Give someone some pathetic power and they make their own rules. I brought the same package to the Fed Ex in Hinsdale and they took it, no questions asked...Never ever go to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in Willowbrook.They are CLUELESS!(look at the other reviews... they are all bad. tells you something about the management of this particular location)

I would give them zero stars. I have shipped through here a couple of times and this has been the only location where they ask me what it is I am shipping specifically, this is disrespectful. I can understand asking about any hazardous materials i.e batteries etc..but they want to know what it's the box. Unhelpful. Would try to sell me the wrong thing to get more money because I would rather box my own things. I am now going out of my way to avoid this store.

The lady at the counter in this office is so unpleasant and so unhappy to help, I'd rather go to another office! SheIs so unprofessional and does not reflect well on Fedex. Very disappointing!

The worst! Give it zero starts if possible. It's almost as if we are at their mercy to send a package. I have had multiple issues where the staff and manager have been extremely unhelpful, rude and have delayed sending my package. Save your time and get a much better experience at the Bolingbrook location. Each time I have had an issue with this location, the Bolingbrook location 4-5 miles out sent the package with no issues and within minutes. The only reason I keep going back is the "shawarma" shop next to it. Next time just skip the FedEx and try the shawarma at this location.

The apparent female manager was short, dismissive, loud, and not helpful. I thought physically visiting a printing store could actually help me figure out how to print a file...not so much. Also, 4-5 hour wait to print 2 pages is insane.
