Omg the front desk was the worst I felt the they was trying to over charge me they were very racial and disrespect and nasty I had to wait 10 min for a front desk to check me out and they have not I would not advice no one to go to this hotel the customer service is very racial to Africa America women I felt so disappointed in the way the treated me and my husband they try to over charge me until I showed the lady at the front desk what me price was please no one go-to this hotel it is very sad to be treated like that I will pray for themNoteworthy details: Very nasty customer service very racial

Reserved room online and there was a huge difference between what I seen online and what I really had gotten! Room looked bigger, cleaner and just completely not the experience I thought would be had. Towels and bedding and curtains seemed to have outlived they're usage quite some time ago but were still being used nonetheless! Our door was so hard to open that you literally had to use your shoulder and hip forcefully to gain entrance to the room!!Rooms: Over priced and very uninviting

Was in the area for a funeral. The room was ready at my 3pm check-in. Even though the room was acceptable, it needed a deep clean.

Spider on the pillow and one in the bathroom. No staff in the building at checkout. Anyone could walk in and rob or vandalize the place. A hotel should have at least one employee on duty 24/7.

Our room smelled like smoke no remote control for the TV the curtain wasn't covering all the window you can actually see through the side of the window inside our room no small refrigerator we asked for a King size bed and a queen size bed we got a 2 full size beds.

Cheap hotel rooms, nothing wrong with it. Fairly clean and bed was comfy. Not for a luxurious stay but works well if you're attending a festival or something of the sorts.

We stayed at this pace for one night and it looked like something out of a night mare on elm street. Room itself was ok for the low price bit the people who stay there? we did not know the place has a few prostitutes who live there. Guys come and go after 15 to 20 minutes, all hours of the night. A person who works there or know the place told us privately that the front desk acts as if they can't see this. The girls advertise themselves on websites for "in-calls" charging from 60 to 140 for their services. If the hotel would just clean its attitude and make these women take their illegal business elsewhere then maybe they'd stay full. It just appears they don't care or need the daily rate collected from these prostitutes

Surprisingly clean motel! Knocked a star off because the shower head has a black button that needs to be pressed the entire duration of the shower for the water to come out properly, also because the shower drain kept closing by itself and I had to keep it open with my foot the whole time.

Enjoyed it, but no breakfast was a let down!!!Very easy to find and comfortable stay!!Rooms: Clean and organized.Nearby activities: Has a Dennys w/ great service walking distance.Safety: Quiet & safe to roam around to walk your pet/have a smoke, or just walking out to eat.Noteworthy details: Bring your food; there's a mini fridge available, and bring extra soap (spbars are tiny).

The floor is sticky and it’s carpeted, I keep telling myself sometimes it’s better not to n cheap I will never again I should change rooms. Typical Indian ran old American hotel no tell. Don’t come here period if u have. A car sleep in it and shower at the gym or truck stop. Heater cuts off and on I’ll b sleeping in my semi tonight after I take my braids out

Not a bad place at all. Staff was relatively friendly. Room was clean and stocked, but you can tell where someone kicked the door in. Budget cuts forced them to stop serving breakfast, but they did have muffins and coffee. Because the staff was so cool, I still give 4 stars.

The rooms are old and dirty smells like mildew. I found a bed bug in my bed. Call down to office they came up and seen it. The manager told me that he didn’t have bed bugs before I came and told me he will not switch my room again if I complain again. So I asked for a full refund and got my money back. I have pics of everything follow me on TikTok keeping ladies pleased you see full video.
