Every time I visit Willowbrook, the arrogant store manager is chatting and talking for hours near the party and Halloween sections. She is very disrespectful, loud, and unprofessional, making the experience unpleasant. She frequently yells at customers and behaves in a bossy manner.
I will no longer shop at this location because I am fed up with her behavior. On the other hand, another store manager, Jyoti, is polite, pleasant, and very helpful.
Dollar Tree should consider replacing the arrogant manager, who is always on her phone. There was a long line at checkout, and when I requested her to open another register, she ignored me and continued talking loudly on the phone.

I rushed to get here before they close at 10 (according to the sign on their door), and the front door was locked. The employee on the photo was resting on the register looking at her phone. At 9:52 I knocked on the window, she looked me, she just shook her head and went back to looking at her phone.

I used to love this Dollar Tree but it’s gone steadily downhill since COVID. The shelves are always a mess. There's large carts of unopened boxes blocking some of the aisles and Stuff on the floor. My number one pet peevee though is seeing the store stockers looking at their phones while stocking or just not working and being on the phone. It makes them so slow. If they’d not be allowed to use their phones and really work, that store could be stocked and in good order. They’re always hiring too.

Went to Dollar Tree on a Saturday at 8am when online said it was open. I get there snd it is closed/not open till 9am. Online hours need to be changed

This is the Worst Run Dollar Tree that I’ve EVER BEEN IN. Inventory not stocked , shelves half empty, items dropped throughout the floor. Since it’s been open this location has been Pathetically Managed. Love Shopping at Dollar Tree EXCEPT THIS LOCATION. Going to the Countryside location, Excellent Store.

It is one of the nicer Dollar Trees that I have been to in the area. I like to come here for paper plates and cards. They do have items for $1 and $1.25. On my most recent visits, there were some specialty items for $5 that I noticed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Watch yourself when you walk through the parking lot. People tend to speed through.

They have an amazing range of selections here and are almost always in stock of everything you could think of! They even offer a $5 section filled with shirts, home decor, and more. It can be a bit messy at times but hey with the price of their products, I don’t mind it
