So thought wait time would be long it was shorter than expected but all tow companies seem to take long so it was a nice surprise. I did have an officer to talk to to pass the time so that might have helped. Nice young polite man arrived. He tried to jump my old old old car. His cables did not work but he had a enough humility to use mine, after his portable charger did not work as well. Eventually we got it running after about 15 minutes of team work. ha As I was saying thank you and good bye he said do you use Google so I could write a review. I thought how old do you think I am. haha Needless to say my insurance covered the bill and my wife arrived with our van and could have jumped me but it was nice to have a back if that did not pan out. Good kid (young man), polite, and quick. Interesting day of driving to say the least. #google #stillinmythirties ;-)

Great towing service they are hard working however I believe they need more available and willing drivers like most services of this type they have off peak hours that reflect in their time frames.. If it were me I would grab very available tow as timely as possible and keep standby drivers so you don't have a willing and paying customer waiting 2 hours just because its 10 pm however this company is one of the best for the most part I would trust them for my family and friends meds.

Car broke down while on the way to the hospital to see my mother for the last time. Called roadside assistance via Amex and got AJ towing. Amex has a flat rate of 65 bucks for pick up and the first 10 miles. The car was borrowed to me by a friend to help me get around for my mother's last few days.

Terrible workers they lie and steal stuff out of your car. They will make you go up there and promise you can get your personal belongings out of your car and then demand money once you're up there. Unprofessional and doesn't care.

Picked my up in 15 minutes at 11:30pm. Used a flat bed to transport my car to my place. Tim was very professional. Would call (but hopefully never have to) again for help.

Took over 5 hours to tow my car 15 mins down the street. 2 of those hours were them actually transporting the vehicle... where is my car? Still waiting. . .

Call someone else! They said they would be there in 5 minutes and after waiting an hour and calling them 3 times I called another company. They are not a trustworthy business.
