I just wanted a one time wash. The price was $26.50 there was no other choice. I thought that was extremely expensive but I really needed to get my car cleaned. The wash took about three minutes. Worst wash I've ever received and the most expensive.

So here is my story: I have been with Delta Sonic Unlimited wash and gas for 12 years. So recently I was driving through the Unlimited wash lane when it came up on the screen that you had to accept the new price that you would be charged monthly. I then asked the attendant how I was able to not accept these terms. He said that this was not possible and that I had to accept the terms of this on the screen. I had several cars behind me that were anxious to get their car washed and I was holding up the line due to this high pressure sales tactic. It was a very unpleasant experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through. I have been a devoted customer to Delta Sonic since April 2011 and dont think this is a fair way to shove a new price down your throat. With so many car wash options out there now in WNY you would think you would want to retain your customers in a professional manner, not in an uncomfortable situation. Very disappointed.

I stopped in this morning for an oil change, since my car was reminding me. Pulled right in, no wait. After they were done I asked if he was going to reset my alert. He asked if I had a whatchamacallit and I told him my truck is a 2012, and it has no bells or whistles. So he asked me if it had some other thing and I said no. I had no idea if my truck had whatever he was talking about. I am not a mechanic, or even close. I just know how to drive it and put gas in it, and I told him that. So he said, OK and he was going to let me go without resetting the oil alert. I told him the older guys know how it's done in older vehicles. Only after I said that did he have me reset it the old way by depressing the gas pedal three times. I still don't know if that was correct, but really. He should be the one under the vehicle changing the oil, not dealing with the customers. Zero personality or communication skills. I was pretty miffed when I left. Won't go there again, for sure.

Trying to purchase as a Christmas gift. No matter what I click on, I'm unable to determine the difference between the various car wash packages. Website not helpful in defining differences between each package. Will not be buying a car wash package for my family because of this.

Went in for an oil change. Manager Richard at the transit delta so was super helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable. McKenzie was very helpful also! Will definitely be back to see them!

I have been a monthly member of Delta sonic for as long as they have offered the unlimited program. I have gotten all of my oil changes here for all my vehicles and several other services like radiator flushes, etc over the years. I was delighted to get a coupon for a free oil change. After all, I pay every month to get unlimited car washes and often forget to come in for a month or two, and I get a lot of other services here for which I pay good money. In the past, they treated me honestly. The culture here has changed. They are no longer about service, they are about bait and switch and forcing you to pay more than they said you would have to. I received the coupon (see pic) for a free semi synthetic oil change or $30 off any full synthetic oil change. That's what the Red, white and blue card says. When I pulled up to the oil change bay, I gave the card to the guy right away and he said that since my vehicle takes a certain kind of oil and takes a lot of oil, that it wouldn't be free but I would get $30 off. I was disappointed, as I didn't see anything on the card that cautioned me about this, but the fine print does say it's up to 5 quarts of oil, so I agreed. The technician came to check my mileage and I showed the technician the same card and he said yes, I would get the $30 off when they checked me out. After the oil change was done, they informed me that not only wasn't my oil change going to be free because of the extra oil but that I was only going to get $10 off of the $152.14 bill because I was not an unlimited super kiss plus member, I was only an unlimited super kiss member. Who knew. When I told the guy that two prior technicians told me I was going to get $30 off, he informed me that they were mistaken because I am not a plus member, I am only an unlimited super kiss regular member. I wondered why they would send me this special coupon in the US mail if it didn't apply to me. So the guy said it was to encourage me to upgrade to a plus membership. I felt drawn in and cheated. They should have told me the coupon didn't apply before they changed the oil so I could make an informed consumer decision. So I paid the bill and will be a little bit wiser coming into this store in the future.

Decent place to go for inspection and oil change. People friendly and knowledgeable but the atmosphere inside is AWFUL. Loud like a bar, music and TV going it's just ridiculous! I had calls to make but it was impossible. I probably won't be back because I often need to be on the phone for work.

Waiting to get an oil change. I thought they were closed since I was waiting for so long and was just about to drive away when a young man finally opened the doors and came out. He was mumbly with his speech so I couldn't hear him very well. He guided me into the bay then just stood there staring at me. I was thinking what the heck, is he expecting me to get out of the car? There were no directions provided. He just stood there staring like I was supposed to know what he was thinking. I got out of the car and said, "what do you want me to do? Do I stay in the car or get out?" Just then another younger male with curly hair said from behind, "Ma'am, what are you doing?, you can't get out of the vehicle" I turned and said, "I have no idea, what am I supposed to do, I was about to ask the other person if I'm supposed to stay in the car or get out. Still no direction, so I got back into my vehicle, gestured for them to open the bay door at the front, and I drove off and went elsewhere. I'll not be returning. Very bizarre experience altogether!
