“I called Tates on a Saturday evening and left a message.Within 5 minutes he called me back.Hes ALOT cheaper than every place I called by far.He orderded my back truck window and came to my residence on Tuesday morning to install it.Hes professional and friendly..came in his Tates Glass van with all the tools needed..even a vacuum.I tipped him 15 dollars extra for coming to me without me even asking and I'm 25 miles away.He knows his stuff and has been doing it for over 40 year's.I would recommend anyone calling him before wasting your time elsewhere.Also the glass he uses is tempered and OEM in case anyone's wondering.Give him a call...and if he doesn't answer just leave a message bc hes probably busy...but he will indeed call you back.A++++ Service”

“I'm so glad I found this place! A family business going on 3rd generation now.
As soon as I arrived I felt these people have integrity.
I was afraid I'd be stuck for a couple days waiting on parts, etc. but they fixed my brakes well enough to get me to where I was going, warning me that I do need a brake job. Brakes have been fine all the way down South in Texas.
And it was only $40!!!
May God bless them for being honest people, have no fear about going there.”
