The location is USPS2035 S STATE ST CHICAGO IL 60616Ms Bates was professional, caring and did some research regarding locating a tracking number and a package. She called me back to do a follow up once the packet arrived. Her team of employees on the floor are trained to be friendly, professional and helpful.As a consumer, I have a layman understanding that USPS as a whole is struggling with internal issues. It has been my experience that some locations are suffering more than others. I was so glad to walk into a post office and get wonderful service on the front end and most importantly receive "caring" customer service when I needed help with a delayed/potential missing package.Ms Bates has restored hope in me that the old fashion notion of customer service is still ALIVE.Mary Clare”
