I will not be returning to this place ever again. We brought our cat here as an emergency because she had trouble breathing and looked very sick. Our kitty was diagnosed with asthma, given a steroid shot and sent home. Per WAH doctor, the x-ray showed that her heart was fine. It wasn’t. Our cat wasn’t getting better. She was getting worse. We called WAH the next day, they claimed they couldn’t see us and suggested we seek help elsewhere. The emergency clinic we went to next diagnosed our kitty with Congestive Heart Failure. Unfortunately, she was very sick and could not be saved. I am not saying that WAH could have saved her, her illness came on so suddenly and it hit her and us hard and by surprise. I don’t know what the outcome would have been, but I feel like her suffering was unnecessarily prolonged by misdiagnosis while we waited for the steroids to start working.
I also called them after our cat passed away to let them know they misdiagnosed us and a manager was supposed to call back, but of course no one ever did.

We started going here after we got tired of the receptionist at Chicago Exotics shrieking her political views at us as she was offended we didn't think to wear a mask a year after the mask mandate was lifted and once when she thought that the "Support Special Olympics" shirt I was wearing was a police shirt.
Here EVERYONE is nice. EVERYONE is kind. No one has yelled at us foe anything let alone politics.
We always feel welcome here. The vet is kind. They handle our ferrets with care. They explain everything.
We felt locked in to Chicago Exotics for a couple years and now we have a vet where the receptionist doesn't yell at us over politics that are all in her head. Its nice to go to a vet that's just concerned about our ferrets and doesn't bring up anything else.
It's just nice to know we can come here, not get yelled at the moment we enter and just have a staff that focused on our critters rather than being triggered over Special Olympics t-shirts just because it had a shield on it.
I didn't think I'd ever find a vet for our ferrets that could make us feel welcomed. But they do, and it's a relief.

One of the few veterinarians that will take reptile patients. We had our turtle's beak trimmed and nails cut. Service was quick and the staff was very nice. We will go back as needed.

Some of the nicest people. Dr. Roberts is one of the most compassionate veterinarians I've ever come across. What else could you want.

They are just trying to get your money by doing vaccines and stuff that is not necessary for the things that you’re coming for! If you say no you can only get your pets temperature and weight checked for $80. I told the doctor that my cat is being screaming for 2 days and he told me she is not doing it now so she is ok. Don’t come here guys waiting of money and time!

horrible place,, At first they were terrific. I used them once for boarding my dog and no issues. I adopted my cat Maxx from them. No issues. Then the owner changed and everything went downhill. I had a HORRIBLE experience with my dying cat there. They do not care.

“I don’t need a physical for my dog,” I say. “She just had a physical.”
“You’re gonna get billed for a physical so i might as well perform it,” says Dr Roberts.
“But my dog just had a physical. Please don’t give her a physical.”
“Listen I’m gonna bill you for a physical because that’s how we pay our staff. You’re going to pay for a physical so I might as well do it.”
(They are obsessed with taking your money and don’t care about the animals)
