Not a single one of them speaks kindly. One day, they came later than work time and had to wait for 10 minutes because the door wasn't open. I don’t want to go to the post office building because it’s so dirty.

I have informed delivery, and see for upcoming mail. I saw that my license renewal for the semi truck is coming. But it didn’t come next day or any other day after!!!!!! Went to the post office, they said you should wait more! Nope! I have never saw my apportioned license plate! Long story short, called the secretary of state to issue a copy. Paid again for the copy, for the money order, sent it again to Springfield!
Damn it, i have lost money, time, energy, my life to deal with stuff that have never supposed to happen in the first place.
This has to end!
People if you see someone’s else mail, put it in the outgoing postal box!!!! Don’t throw it because it’s not yours!!!! It might be something important for the one who is waiting!!!!!!!!

As someone who likes getting things done quick the process of picking up my package was done swiftly and without hassle. Also the staff in the building were super nice and helpful with getting my package.

"The worst customer service ever. Every time, a short-haired brunette woman is rude and doesn't want to solve the problem politely. Luggage is constantly lost, and they don't know where to find it. The staff is terrible."

Very customer-friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Variety of options. Speed of service, delivery etc. is top notch! I do strongly recommend it to others!

Worst location and worst customer service rude asian lady working doest know what she’s doing and if you ask her something she will blame you very rude. I mailed my important mail from here and she was the one who was helping me its been 8 days haven’t received the mail yet i went in today to ask what’s going on and she told me we cant do anything was very rude kept saying it’s your fault.

The postman picks up our packages from our location, and then some of them keep disappearing. This only happens in Wheeling. We are forced to deliver the parcels ourselves to another post office, which is located further from our warehouse.

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. Clerk didn’t know how to handle my shipment. Postmaster said that she doesn’t know how to handle it neither. Had to go to the different office. I think that part “master” should be really excluded from this person’s title.

I brought a package to this USPS to return my package back to company. Every time I come to this post office..I'm usually helped by an Asian lady that's very rude. No different today.. You can't understand her because her English is garbled..she doesn't speak or come off polite but very rude.. She scans a QR code ..prints a lable.. I walk out only to drive home to get a text message from USPS telling me that since the package does not have a house number .. the transportation is interrupted.. I had to drive back minutes after arriving home in the first place. I go back up to her and started to tell her about this text I got minutes after walking out of store first time.. She automatically gets in this defense mode... rude again and garbled English again.. She read my text that I received.. started talking.. all that I understood was "for tracking".. everything around that I couldn't understand her.. I reiterated to her before I walked out .. "so everything is ok.. ignore this" . Yes she said... So.. let's see if my package that's supposed to be returned back to the company makes it there. Thank goodness I have the receipt proving I dropped it off at USPS.

Worst post office ive ever had. 1 out of 4 pieces of mail irregardless of size or type never arrive at my place of business no matter how clear the delivery instructions, or Post box markings. It will say delivered but its never there or at any of the other businesses in my complex.when i go to the post office about a third of the time its just sitting in back somewhere . The rest of the time there is nothing and no one knows where it is . Its clearly and employee either stealing or horribly missdelivering . Yet i still have the same delivery person. Like comeon . Hell the whole front end and manager know my address as soon as i walk in . This is is wonderful tax dollars misspent.

They always steal packages. They claimed the driver was unable to acces my mailbox when its in a public sidewalk so my package wasnt delivered, the next day they claimed they delivered it but there was nothing in my mailbox. When i called the phone operator said his driver delivered it and took his word over mine. I constantly have packages stolen by usps especially if its being shipped directly from a company. Its gotten to the point i have to pay for insurance because i know the usps delivery driver will steal it if he recognizes the brand.
