Worst Customer service ever.. your account gets locked up for no reason and rep says I don’t know what happened but you have to get a new number.. I am with out phone for two days because I am not able to refill due to unknown reason… ZERO

We moved to the suburbs not too long ago, still getting acquainted with the local businesses of all sorts. Definitely prefer to help the local small businesses than cooperate. Called with questions earlier in the day, she answered with a professional kind voice and said swing by so they could assest the damage & what was needed. My phone was battled with a hard concrete brick fall... lol. Damages indeed!! Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! My phone was back to life.. no scratches & working as I originally had it, .. With a new phone case & screensaver as compilatory to all customer business! We have 3 teenage boys.. lol, tech help is always needed. As long as we live in this area.. They've made customers and promoters for life. Thanks again.. for sincere kind businesses!! ~Support local!!

Cheaters, i have been with Ultramobile for 6 years. However, they have reduced monthly charges on the plan i have been using but i was neither informed nor the price change applied on my monthly payments. Agent was so kind to give me 10$ to my wallet when I asked. But, they have charged 10$ extra every month for more than a year just because I am not aware that they have reduced charges on the plan i have been using for 6 years.

Update on my review finally got it looked at and fixed by other computer guy. Thought it was the gpu but wasn't sure. Switched out gpu for other one. And everything worked fine. Even the game that is in alpha. Not a single crash since then.

Sandro is very helpful and do extra thing that you will need with no extra cost... something that NO all business do... did I mention he is very kind and respectful. I will regiment this location to all my friends when they need to buy or repair a phone or computer..

Funny. There were two guys in there when I went. So I don't know why he's said it's only him to that review. This guy also lied about replacing my battery which I knew he didn't. I just went had it replaced. Cell works great like I knew it would. He still claimed he changed when I called and told him. I have the old battery and watched new place change it. They do it up front. So I look at old battery and it's 2016. So either way. You didn't change or you gave me old battery. Won't be coming here any more. Very dishonest. I should have trusted my instincts like I was going to when I seen who owned it. I wasn't born here. Sorry buddy. I didn't want free battery. I wanted to pay for new battery. Your ignorance and defense mode tell you are being untruthful. I have the old battery. 2016. So even if it was a year. Which you claim. You gave me old or used battery. I don't like free anything and paid for what you did. Why would I pfor battery that you knew you would not change.

Digi-cell does an amazing job. They have fixed a few things for me in the past couple years. The latest was my daughter's iPad mini. She had cracked her screen and I took it to get a new screen and they did an amazing job it's like new.

It's obvious you would blame the customer for your lack of professionalism and honesty. First off I've had my phone for over 2 years and had never dropped it in water which I didn't understand why over the phone you said it was water damage without even looking at it. You gave me a quote over the phone and the only reason I trusted you was because I was referred by a friend. If you say you warranty your parts for 90 days why wouldn't you look at it 5 days later when I brought it in, and I had called you 2 days after timely you know the screen was not installed properly? You say the parts are genuine or that's what I was told but the screen installed on my iphone has a gap that does not fit my screen. I've let someone else look at it and was told the screen was not installed properly if you were a little professional and honest in your line of work you would at least look at it and tell me why the screen does not sit properly on the phone instead of assuming customers abuse their phone, if that was the case I wouldn't have lasted even a year with it. Be professional and stop lying to excuse yourself from robing people.

The worst experience I've ever had. I should have known better when I called then I asked if they were open and he said "I answered the phone didn't I?" I called back got another gentleman was greeted the same way. I must caution you find somewhere else to take your phone. Disaster from start to finish.

Walked in with cracked screen on Iphone. Fast and friendly service. They also replaced my ear speaker as well. Quality repair at a very reasonable cost.

Best customer service and nicest friendliest family I ever met. Had accident with same phone in October and again this week fixed within an hour when I arrived a half hour before closing. Would recommend this store to anyone. I can't say enough about my experience 2x within same year - they are the best in price, experience, and customer service. It's rare nowadays to interact with such caring people and they made my experience very pleasurable even provided me with a phone while I waited was able to get dinner etc. wish I could give more than 5 stars
