We talked with Yulia by phone; out of all the accountants, she seemed to be the most adequate and knowledgeable of many of the subtleties in this difficult work.
Next, a meeting was scheduled, communication took place in person, which also seemed that the person knew what he was talking about, but as it turned out. The issue was an incomplete set of documents on my part, although I immediately made this clear and during the conversation the sword was assured that everything was fine.
At some point, after long calls and waiting, they said that they would call back for further consultation.
As a result, there were no calls or messages. Over the course of two weeks, I tried to call Yulia directly 2 times, and also left a message when it would be convenient to contact her. The dialogue took place in the middle of the tax period, and a couple of months later.
Wasted time.

I had a terrible experience with TM Accounting. I called them for assistance in obtaining a resale certificate. Initially, Larisa told me it would cost $150 and that it could be done by the next day. However, the following day, I received an email from Victoria with a list of required documents and an updated price of $200.
Despite the unexpected price increase, I agreed to proceed and asked Victoria for help in filling out the RUT-7 and CRT-61 forms. Her response was, "You have to Google it." I was shocked—why should I pay $200 if I have to do the research myself?
On the same day, I contacted another accounting firm, and they quoted me only $50 to apply for a resale certificate.

Long waiting time, the meeting was scheduled at 16:00, arrived 5 minutes early, waited until 16:25. They kindly asked me to wait a little longer, but I had to cancel the meeting!

This year they had their first experience with filing a tax return; Yulia Tolchenova worked with me. When filing taxes, I was polite, everything was done, but after payment they disappeared, I called for 2 weeks and I couldn’t get through, I wrote to her by email that I couldn’t receive my documents, she didn’t call back, I ask her to send the documents in pdf, she says she doesn’t know how...
