The Westin Chicago North Shore is a clean, modern, and elegant hotel offering comfortable rooms at fair prices. Its location provides great convenience, situated close to the highway and on Wheeling's famous Restaurant Row, placing many dining options within walking distance. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a large fireplace and comfortable seating, giving a nice vibe. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The hotel features a Starbucks inside, a swimming pool, and a small pond in the back. It is connected to Saranello's Italian restaurant, noted for exceptional brunch and very good service and food. Other nearby activities include easy access to banquet halls, a gift and snack shop, and numerous surrounding restaurants and shops. While generally positive, some feedback notes occasional room issues needing attention. Overall, it is a highly recommended place to stay in the area.
Great hosting for a corporate event, many people had no hot water however.... Cold showers not good

Attended for a work conference hosted in the hotel. Great place! Close to plenty of restaurant options, has a nice little Starbucks inside that makes almost any drink and has convenient store type snacks.
