Walked in to mail a package. Handled the event efficiently. They have a tip jar. Left a small tip, guy saw me put it in the red solo cup, not even a small acknowledgment.

Came to the store 10 minutes before closing and doors were shut close. Worker was there behind shutters and completely ignored myself and 2 other people waiting outside. I drove here for 30 minutes to ship $200 item which was time sensitive.
Who knows how I can file a claim?
P.S So UPS replied again with bogus concern, just like they did 15 other times regarding the same complaint about this store from numerous customers.
Solution is simple: Don’t close the store before posted hours. This is the only store in the area open until 6pm on Saturday, so chances are high someone will be heading your way last minute. I’m not coming back ever and whoever reads it should go else where

I went there at 6:54, and after they saw me, they locked the door even though they close at 7.

Literally closed the door in front of me, it was 6:52pm (they are open till 7), and the guy told me that I cannot ship it, only drop off right into my face

Last three shipments have come with badly damaged boxes. They must have the Pet Detective working in my area.How does this response from UPS prevent further damage to future shipments? I think UPS needs to be proactive in preventing damage from happening to begin with, rather than what to do after the fact.
