Head Cheese is just like my Grandfather used to make and introduced me to around 1969. I would like to have some raw Onion added. But the flavor, texture, appearance is all spot on.

Found Stiglmeier when a local German restaurant used them. Phenomenal, authentic Bavarian products, super fast shipping. What else can you ask for?

Absolutely delicious!! I grew up eating Stiglmeier sausage and it is still so good today. There are lots of options and it is always fresh with real ingredients. Extremely good quality sausages and meats. It's a plus that it is local!
