Claimed my insurance did not cover sleep study at home for minor and quoted an out of pocket cost. Spoke with my insurance and they never even put in a claim. Further more I found out they don't make at home sleep study for minors. Crooks.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Did not tell me they would charge my debit card for amount owed after insurance. In fact, when I told them after receiving my test that I was not comfortable providing my card number and inquiring why they needed it, they assured me it would only be used if I did not return the kit. I did not agree to the charge and there was no forewarning of the debit to my account. 7 MONTHS after my sleep study is when they did this. I reported them as fraud and will not be paying them at all.

As a healthcare provider I find this company extremely shady. Not only in most states is it illegal to keep a cc on file, they want you to give it over the phone. Customer Service staff rude, unprofessional and condescending. I can get the same equipment from the hospital, billed through ins and then sent a bill.....AS IT SHOULD BE!!!

The test was simple to use and results were fast. The main concern is them not informing me when they charged my debit card. I have no respect for a company that does not send a courtesy text or email when you are being billed. Fortunately, I had plenty in my account. Others may not be so lucky and could incur overdraft fees. Very poor communications.

I registered on line and they sent it to my old address not the updated registry. Now the rep has said they are looking into it 6 hours ago . And when i said it is on hold at the other postoffice . She was ok for me to drive 56 miles to get it . The manager of SNAP was in meetings . Not happy with this company

Crooks. They called and said “Your doctor wants you to have a sleep study done. We need to FedEx you the test to your home. We need a credit card in the unlikely event you don’t return it”.I assumed if they are working with my PCP they must be a good company and it’s legit. I give them the credit card number, I take the test and return the machine. They receive the machine in great condition.. But then charge my account for $275 anyway. This is a scam! Don’t fall for it. Call your insurance company and your doctor and confirm everything. Also, even though I know this I failed to follow my own advice here, never give out your credit card number to anyone- sadly, you can’t trust people/businesses.Look at the reviews here. The reviews seem to have a similar theme.. This is a shady company.

I had had to use this company twice because my doctor wanted a sleep study done. Both times I was able to pick up the machine from the doctor's office. You do have to call ahead to ensure your insurance covers the test. This is nothing unusual. Hospitals and doctor's offices call insurance all the time for pre-approvals/precertifications. My complaints is that they require a credit card be given over the phone. The second test I was sent a text message stating that my card was going to be charged. No major problem there except I had been told there would be no charge because I had met my deductible. I was sent a letter stating my card was charged $250 with a reference number and a status of approved. A month later I get a bill for $250. When I call I'm told they never charged my card. I called my bank to verify. They have no record of any charge. So why am I being sent a letter about the approved charge? I will never use this company again because I don't feel I can trust them.

Useless and incompetent. Used their services for a sleep study at the suggestion of my primary care provider in order to qualify for a CPAP machine. Took Snap seven months to respond to questions from my insurance provider, and even after all of that they were deemed out-of-network, and my insurance company wouldn't accept their testing results as proof of sleep apnea. But hey, Snap will overlook the bill for a one-time payment of $200. What a scam.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. Why do people think they should get health care free? $250 for a sleep study that you can do in the comfort of your own home or $2,000 in a sleep lab, which would you prefer? Great company, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a sleep study.

What this company does not tell you is that their in-home sleep study does not provide the information required to prescribe a CPAP should you need one, all they can do is say "you have sleep apnea". You will then be required to go back to your doctor and have a sleep study conducted to determine the prescribed settings needed to use a CPAP. It is just another way to get your money and a waste of time and cash.

They will take your credit card and charge you without any notice. They charged me two times at $275 with no notice. And good luck getting them to credit you back. I will never do business with this company again.

My dr office told me my sleep test would be no cost and fed ex would be delivering it to me within a week. 2 weeks went by and I called my dr. I was given a 1800 number to call to find out where it was, was told they had tried to contact me but my answering machine wouldn't let them leave a message which is BS because I have a land line phone with an answering machine that isn't full. Asked out of curiosity how much it would cost and was told since my $3000 deductible had been met that they would cap the price at $200 for me, gee thanks. Told them to cancel order.
