Used to be competitive, but now they don't care. My rates just keep going up and up, and when I call, I just get the "well that's the rates"
An almost 20 year customer, with multiple policies and the only thing they can do is to have me install their snooper in my vehicles, for a max of 15% savings, which might get me down to $230 is..when Progressive is quoting me $165, and that is without the multi policy discount I already get for having Flood and Home Owners with Allstate.

Wow, this place is awful. 8 year customer and they raise the rates by 40%. Statefarm beat them by like half the price.I cancelled my policy and there was a $25 balance of which this agency failed to notify me. They sent me to collections for $25 lol. Not one phone call or personal email to let me know they were going to do that. Then when I called, the rep told me do a better job of paying my bills. How insulting! Of course I can afford the $25 balance, but they don’t care about their customer relationships. Mildred was outstanding but now they have a bunch of reps who barely understand me and have no clue what they’re doing. Avoid avoid avoid this place.

Ryan Cross neither his staff don't care for customer service. Been with Allstate and same firm( previously John Waldmen) for more than 30 yrs. When you call for questions no one has proper answer. Still there just because of Mildred. She has answer for your question.

I was with this agency for nearly 20 years. Some off and on. Ownership has changed recently. I was involved in an accident claim and really could not get a response from this agent after calls, VMs and emails. I tried to add a new car and could not get a return call to quote new car. I transferred my Allstate policies to a different office who have been very responsive. Very disappointing during a total loss claim to be ghosted by this insurer. But after 2 weeks of trying, I moved on.

Been with these guys for years, both auto and home (have not yet really needed them for home -- knock on wood, but do have experiences with them for car related issues)... the GOOD insurance plans are the ones who when you need them to pay up they do, the BEST ones are the ones who in addition appreciate that after a severe car accident you might be debilitated and need them to handle everything for you... these guys are the best. I was bedridden for a few weeks after my last accident and I was so happy with allstate that I'd have hugged them. Ryan Cross is a small mom and pop type office but the people working there seem to always remember who I am even though we've never met in person. I have a particular fondness for the woman Mildred who works there, it's like talking to an aunt who cares about me and my well being.

Don't waste your time. The worst agent I ever dealt with.Both Ryan and Mildred will not call you back or communicate in regards to your claim. I have been calling daily and no status update. They promise to get back to you, but they don't.That has been my last 2.5 weeks. After I have been a customer for 8 years and never having any claims.I have initially connected with Mildred, she just points you to the claims department. Never calls you back and when asked why is she not helping you out, she answers that she didn't know that you would like her help.When I asked to have this escalated I was connected with Ryan Cross, the owner, he called me back on Friday,and promised to help. I tried to contact Ryan on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Left mulitple messages, voicemails.Never got back to me either. I understand Mildred's poor communication now. Probably no one ever trained her.Either way. Avoid trouble and find an agent that will actually help you and call you, when in need.

Quite possibly the worst insurance agency I've ever worked with. Has switched owners 3 times in 11 years and never met the new owners. They are check cashiers. Nothing more. They bring nothing to the table. Was not notified about a lapse in coverage until my payment was put back into my bank account. When they reinstated I got a new rate which was 120.00 more per month on my car insurance. Stay away from this agency.
