Lots of stuff in stock but they don't take used oil. Because of that, I went to go buy a new battery and wipers from AutoZone instead. They gladly accepted my old oil for recycling

If you go to this store ask for Kyle, he stepped in and listened to my issue as I was getting frustrated with another employee there who wasn't any help at all. Honestly I was ready to walk out and never return again.It's been a long time since I have seen someone go so above and beyond to help someone out with actual great customer service. He automatically made me a customer for life.Napa Wheeling if you are reading this, you need to make sure you don't lose Kyle as an employee, he is the reason why the customers keep coming back!!!

I had issues with my mechanic locating parts and I called Tom at Napa and he helped out above and beyond !I had no transportation to get the parts so he had them delivered locally to my mechanic and I paid for them over the phone ? saved the day Tom is awesome ?

Way over priced, they don't accept used oil for recycling, and they act like your a bother when you step on line to pay. Do yourself a favor, drive a block further to Advanced or Auto zone. Hell, Amazon will deliver next day!

I have a 1968 Amx, and I notice my Legend battery was leaking on both sides. I went to Napa and Dave at the counter said he don’t have in stock but will bring it in from another store. He had it there in a 1/2 hour ! ( The battery was under warranty no questions asked ) Thank You for the fast service.
