This is my second pregnancy so second time ordering a pump. This process was very easy and Teresa was very helpful and even notified me that my insurance covered more than just the pump I was looking for. I was also able to get a manual pump and collection cups. Highly recommend this company to order any of your medical supply needs.

I had recently went to Mark Drug and had items to purchase for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. Both Mike and his collegue were very friendly and provided some great choices. Service and prices are great! I would highly recommend going to there.

Such amazing people and service. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. I was referred to a different company and they made so many complications and chaos. Then I came to know about mark medical supply and they made the whole process so much easier. Mainly Im grateful to have talked to Theresa, who took really good care of all my needs and she also gave me additional information regarding breastpumps and pretty much everything a breastfeeding mom requires. Being a first time mom these details were more than helpful. I am confident that this team of amazing people will try to help to the maximum and i have and will continue to refer them to other moms.

This is the second pregnancy I've ordered breast pumps and replacement parts from Mark Drug. They are extremely prompt and friendly. Teresa gives you all your options covered by insurance which is very helpful. I will continue to order replacement parts through them as needed this pregnancy.

I ordered my breast pump through insurance. I called on Monday and by Wednesday morning I had my pump. They did all the work and all I had to do was provide my insurance info. They were super helpful, quick, and very professional.

Mark has been a pain iny backside for quite a while. Today I found I was billed for an item I do not use and did not order. Last time they told me, I would have to pay because Medicare approved it and paid. Not this time, taking my Woundcare nurses advice and going elsewhere, right after I make a fraud claim.Be sure to keep close watch on every transaction.

I went to Mark Medical a couple months ago with my mom to buy her a walker. Jill took the time with us to show the options, and fit us with a walker and accessories, and showed my mom how to use it. Great customer service. This is the reason I don't go online for items like this. I will recommend Mark to others.. and be back for any needed items in the future.

Teresa helped worked with insurance and arranged shipment of hospital grade breast pump rental within several days. She followed up a couple months later to see if she can order replacement parts for the pump that was covered by insurance.
It was a quick, easy process with friendly service.
Would work with them again.

Can I rate 6 stars? ? because the woman I worked with, Teresa, is phenomenal! She is the definition of someone who gets things done. I needed a prescription for a breast pump from my OB and while they were not compliant Theresa spoke with them and got it done. I am forever grateful for her because without the pump, I wouldn’t be able to feed my 25 week premature twins what they truly need, mommy’s breast milk. I recommend anyone to use Mark Drug medical supply. They supply a range of great products and great service. You’ll be in good hands with their help!
