“OMG I’ve been doing bidness w/ Owner / Operator Michael Forman since we moved to Very East ( VELF ) LF in 1987 ( ironically the same weekend as Mr T ) and Michael, Along w/ faithful Pooch Fido have been servicing me con brio ever since.
1) Although often melancholy, MF always seems to perk up when I show up like clockwork on Thursdays in time for me to pay top$ for the myriad of chochkies( sic) he tries to unload like 5-color solar flashlights that glow in the dark and sunglasses w/ a Wig attached that even in Lake Bluff could pass for Trump.
2) Michael’s command of English along w/ Swahili and Mandarin make even the most cosmopolitan LF’er feel Velkome y BienVenue …
- What more can I say to merit his 5 star service? Freshly baked cookies? An horsd’oueurves plate rivaling only that of Onwentsia ? Most of all his chipper upscale mein even when they somehow Bombay your Aspen - bound skiis to Sri Lanka ?

“I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”

“Top-notch service and communicatiin from Desiree Crell, store manager. I needed a fragile framed artwork packed safely within airline luggage dimensions, so i coukd take it wirh me with as checked luggage. She carefully discussed all my options with me, showed me how it could work, and I selected the option that worked best for me. She even thoughtfully left the display of the dimensions visible on the outside of the box, so there would be no questions about iit from the airline. Excellent.”

“I was under deadline for work to overnight ship an item, and due to work chaos, time was getting tight. Sunny helped me figure out a way to ship safely and economically. He is a true problem solver, and particularly today, when I think customer service is not as encouraged (nor appreciated/respected) it’s important to laud his stellar customer service, as well as your decision to employ him! “Perfect, superior packaging. Didn’t skimp on materials. Seamless delivery. ON TIME DELIVERY!!!! I cannot stress that enough, being on time. In addition, the staff at store 3057 was super helpful in answering my questions. I spoke with Renee. She was the actual person that did the packing. This was all done over the phone as I never met them in person. They received my item directly from the seller I dealt with. This is a wonderful store to deal with!”

“I was bringing a return into this UPS store, thought they were open til 7 pm. Walked up to door to go in and saw they were closed as of 6:30 pm. Went to get back in my car and 1 of the employees came to door and told me to come in. When I said I thought they were closed, he said it's OK, I'm still here finishing up things. I was thankful he saved me from having to make another trip back tomorrow. Great employee and awesome customer service!! I will definitely come here for my returns ect.....”
“I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”

“On the afternoon of February 15th my wife, 100 year old aunt and I had an afternoon flight to Dallas TX her new home. One of her prized positions was a very large 32" x 22" shadowbox containing artwork completed my HER grandmother. The previous evening a different pack n ship business quoted an extraordinary amount to ship. So hours before the flight, we walked into the UPS store on Harlem Ave. The diminutive gentleman behind the counter, heard our story, gave us a quote, took our cc info and we headed to the airport. Late that evening he text the receipt. Several days later it and other packages we entrusted to him arrived in perfect condition. Outstanding service.”
