I would give this location zero stars if I could. I ordered paint through their customer support service (no other option) and was told 24-hour turn-around and 5-minute pickup time. Attempted to pick it up a few days later and they had no idea anything was even ordered. Told me they'd call early next week when they receive supply orders - no call. I called the following day to verify it was in; the customer support service rep couldn't even contact them and, once again, told me it should only be a 5-minute pickup. Went the next day to pick up the supplies and my order still wasn't ready. Took her 40 minutes to get the order together and by then my business was already taken down the street to Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes in Arlington Heights. Terrible communication, inaccurate promises, unprofessional experiences in-person, would recommend avoiding at all costs.
