BEST TAMALES HANDS DOWN! Carnitas and menudo are also great on the weekends. The meats are always fresh and top quality. This is definitely our go to spot. Thank you Doña Mari and Don Gerardo!

This place is pretty cool. I like that they only have food. Their focus is food. Fresh food. Some things are not in English so I'm not too sure what they are. But Everything else is fantastic.

I’m from Alabama and every time I come up north to visit my daughters and grandchildren, I always stop by to get 2-3 dozens of tamales to share with my daughters! You can taste the love that goes into making every tamale with each bite! DELICIOUS!!!I always order another 2-3 dozens of tamales to take back to Alabama! They are the best authentic true tasting tamales that are second to none. Meaty with just the right enough spice in the sauce!

I get all my meats from here...this is the only place in wheeling that has the most freshes meats and I have tried from other markets and places and they don't compare you can definitely taste the difference when cooked! definitely recommend for any meat you need! ohh and their Carnita tacos are bomb!
