We are Allstate customers for many years. Our agent Gur Singh has always helped us get the best rate for our home and auto each renewal and anytime we needed help someone from the agency is available to assist and are very courteous. They understand our policy needs and don't push to get unnecessary extras. We are very happy with the service and have no complaints

I changed my insurance to State farm cus they are %40 cheaper then allstate. I had setup automatic payments. Gur didn't run or called me for the last payment instead sent to collections. Way to do business Gur singh

I was with them long time back in 2007 for home policy and from mid ninety’s for my cars , I learned from mortgage company in 2012/13 that my home isn’t covered and they (bank) bought the policy themselves to cover there interest, I called them, female with broken English answered and was so rude and do unprofessional , I left them back in days , in 2021/2022, called and ask again to come with them, She ( mom of the new owner) apologized and I reminded her not to repeat mistakes, She was agreed, she had my home policy again and one car ,
Again they done same mistake, they didn’t inform mortgage company, and haven’t informed my car prior policy to tell them about my policy change,
After long time when I learned and call her son and informed , he said my mom is in India, and I didn’t know nothing about it , nothing been resolved , they given me recent couple of months credit, that it ,
When she came back from India I called , and she was so rude and unprofessional, and totally ignored me , by saying, oh I have another call and many more , I suggest people not to give them business,

I read a few of the reviews it seemed that people wanted to spend less for insurance and then complain. I work in finance and I understand that I get what I pay for and if you read the documents that a company sends, then you decide what is good for you. Insurance and financial companies set the premiums, not the local agencies. I also saw a few complaints with State Farm for the same reason and I never had a problem with this office or my State Farm agency in Chicago. Then again I get coverage that is good for me and I read my mail. This agency gave me great advice and they can’t control the premium increase because of my 2nd accident. Really nice people.

great communication for 15 years! they are honest and tell me what the risk is and we discuss the pros and cons. if you pay less for coverage, you get less and i decided what level of risk i wanted.

really un professional and un experienced staff don't know what they are doing I have had my homeowners policy with them from last 18 yrs and not knowing that they did not add flood insurance in my policy which my daughter added almost 3 yrs ago and they messed up my policy I am very disappointed with them.
