Worth exercise ever. My wife was working from home because they wanted signature. Delivery person didn’t bother to ring a door bell and left a note. Trying to call you but machine doesn’t work properly. Thanks for ruining my gift FedEx . Very disappointed

The worst fedex ever. It starts from with in the Mangers and Workers are so childish. Starting from the head on down. One of the nastiest facilities I ever seen. Could definitely tell who the slobs were. The receptionist was so fake then the one guy who thought he was God's gift to the world ??(mexican manager) he was fake as hell to. Let's not mention the little boys in the other office especially the Gay one they were all so fake.

Stupid…don’t call when at your building for delivery and just leave the sticker. How are we supposed to know you are here if you don’t call or text or anything????

The security was fantastic. The plant operated with pristine efficiency. My pickup was perfect. The security guard and warehouse manager were so kind and caring. I highly recommend using the Wheeling FedEx home delivery system. In Wheeling Il..Thankyou Joseph Star.

I supposed to get my delivery on Saturday. We’ll know I just got a notification saying than they changed the delivery for Tuesday when I was expecting to have my delivery today. I take a day off just to get this package plus the fact than if I switch the location of the delivery I have to extra pay and expect probably 4 days to get my package which probably for you guys it’s like 4 months with this poor service.

I ordered something from Walmart, they use FedEx for shipment, the origin for my shipment is 1 Hr from my house, the package suppose to be next day, now it is day 4 and package is delayed another 2 days, good advice, never use them for shipment !

I can highly recommend FedEx if you want to receive an overnight package at least two days late. Thanks FedEx.

A package I have been waiting two months for was suppose to be delivered today, the driver showed up and called me telling me my package was here and that i needed to sign for it, I go out to the truck just for him to tell me it's not in the truck. Now updated delivery isn't for 4 days and I won't be home to receive it for the remaining attempts. I was also told I cannot pick it up, and that FedEx cannot do anything to help me. This is an absolute joke.

They are lazy.....they never showed up and claimed they tried to deliver my package, but even did not come to my house.i have a camera and I can see everything around.
