Bought one month subscription then cancelled it. They never cancelled my subscription. After numerous calls never returned, going in person nobody could help me. This has been going on now for the 3rd month. Just terrible customer service.

I really like going to this place for a $3.00 car wash but I belive they sold it and now it's at $5.00 and doesn't have as many dryer and the end to really dry your vehicle

Worse way to spend $30. Paid for detailed service and got a service no different than the $3 express wash, as I did it on my own anyway! The car was so casually dried out and vacuumed, on all the exterior and interior, full of water, watermarks and dust all over. When speaking with the rep he started making excuses, tried patching it up himself, but I had to go on the side and do it on my own. The car looked as dirty in the interior as before. Never going to visit again after this experience. Too bad, as I just moved in the area and would have been the "to go place". Zero stars to be honest.

The staff at the wash area is very rude, showing some bad sign language to move the car faster in the lane. The wash is also not perfect. It's a waste of money $10. I will never visit this place again.

The carwash is just open and the construction is not finished. They just raise the price, there is no vacuum cleaner, the machine keeps stopping and only scratches the car, and when I tell them, they just say it's your fault. Find another car wash.

Big sign $3.00 car wash self service vacuums. The cheapest wash is $5 and they removed all the vacuums but kept the huge signs. Disappointed.

My claim isn’t against workers place, everyone are “nice people”. My claim is against of polity business ordered for New owner business “don’t used small plastic bag for protection of wipe back in SUV cars, only, because of allowing costs that my be to do “goes down the business”. But, the coustomer if should go to spend than more money on remplaces a wipe back because my “Bussiness sings says “ The business Don’t answer any devices that wash machine can broke”. ?uhm! But l can to go much spend money ( service cost $10plus new wipes $ 15 + tax=$25 ) your machine wash damage my wipers? . I understand that there’s some dives that they are warning “no cover”before to use their services, but one miserably polite of use of small bags that it’s can allows any situation for both parties. I don’t understand. My question! The business doesn’t has any cover police for cases of “ demage against other property under their services”My suggestion to Community is that “Nobody shouldn’t use this Bussiness and their abusive practices. STOP; STOP DONT USE MORE THAT BUSSINESS.If they doesn’t want to be a friendly Bussiness to the community only for their wishes of more earnings “ Don’t use this Bussiness”

Please do not visit this place, I did an auto detail at this place and the job was pathetic, moreover there are rookies running this place who threaten to call police when asked on issues with the job . I have been going there for years but under new ownership service quickly went down hill just got a car wash and front of the car was still covered in dirt when I told them that’s not acceptable manager Max told me there is no guarantees. If that’s how you treat customers you will loose business pretty quick there is more then one car wash available that cares about customers
