Customer service is very responsive. Deliveryman is quick and nice. They typically deliver at a similar time each day and they communicate with you ahead of time to confirm delivery or let you know if a delivery change needs to be made. Highly recommended.

I still have hard water after they “replaced my tank” with another 30 year old one!!! I would like to have a “new” from the 2000s tank! This is ridiculous!!

The gentleman who comes to change the filters each year, is very efficient and explains what he’s doing, in a manner that I understand.He’s also very nice.

I loved the ease of getting clean, filtered water at the touch of a lever without having to use plastic bottles to achieve that! The customer service was friendly and efficient. My only issue (and why they got 4 stars instead of 5 stars) is the fact that I don't think the specifics of my contract were explained well and I did not know I would be charged a termination fee when I was forced to move, out of State, as a result of my job.

I had Sean Unverzagt out this morning to give me an estimate for a water system. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Sean. He had so much patience and explained how things would work, what I could accomplish and how much the cost would be. More important, I could tell he really believes in his product and in his company, Culligan. He was professional, straightforward, and able to feel strongly about his product without us feeling any hard pressure to purchase. Culligan and Sean have a life time client.

Quick installation. They got everything I needed hooked up in the kitchen and basement, and explained how all the equipment worked in case of issues. The water is wonderful, and I find I'm drinking a lot more water.

Very professional and great service. There sales person Mike contacted mr and set an appointment up with us within quickly after requesting one. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs. The person that set up our system was amazing and helped stop a leak from happen in our sink. While setting up our system he noticed a rubber hose clamp connecting our dishwasher was dry rotted and about to start leaking. He changed it for us even though it wasn't his job. Amazing service and definitely the best under the sink system we have ever had.

I Inherited a Culligan system and finally got around to wanting filters changed and such. I set up an appointment well in advance so that I could have the first appointment of the day. I was given an 8-10am timeframe but told it should be close to 8:00. I geared my day around the appointment and emptied the cabinet so I could have this $400-$500 service performed, though I didn’t really understand why it cost so much or required an appointment. There was no communication confirming the appointment beforehand or giving an ETA day of. After waiting nearly an hour, I called at 8:55 and inquired when the tech would arrive. After they checked the GPS location of the tech, I was told 25 minutes. I wasn’t thrilled about this but busied myself for 25 minutes and then didn’t start anything new so I wouldn’t need to interrupt it - so I could be ready for them. The 25 minutes went by without arrival or further word. Then another 25 minutes went by in the same way. I called again at 9:45 and was told the guy was just getting off the highway and would be here in 10 minutes. I told them that if he couldn’t arrive by 10:00, they shouldn’t bother. He arrived at 10:07, outside of the generous window they allotted themselves for the first appointment of the day. Zero communication, wildly inaccurate information on timing and a high cost service for a product that can be replicated in other ways. Why would I want to spend so much of my time and money on them?! I’m replacing the system with one where I can change filters on my own. It’ll cost 30% of what this would have cost me in year one and 20-25% thereafter. And it’ll take a fraction of the time and no frustration. Goodbye Culligan.

Mike and his team are great. He was very thorough in addressing our water issues. The install team did a great job. Mike followed up, and came back to retest the water and took time to make sure we understood how to use all the features of the system. Very satisfied.

I used Culligan in San Diego, CA and had a great experience. Because of the 1st great experience, they were my immediate go to for Wheeling, IL. This time again, they came and fulfilled my expectations! They are quick with their work and provide convenient ways to work with them along with providing amazing quality water. Being a military member, I will continue to move around the country. I look forward to getting great service at each location and having one less thing to stress over.

Mike Rosengarden was our contact at Culligan. He came to our home to assist our needs and was able to explain every detail and answer every question. We were replacing an older unit that filtered for sulfur smell, so we already knew Culligan's customer service is over an above the average business, as we opted for a couple of repairs to the old machine before finally purchasing a new unit.Mike is professional, pleasant, and we trusted his guidance through the process of selecting the new unit. He returned as planned to check on our equipment and water quality, and was quick and efficient in his follow up visit.Culligan has responded to our every need and question and highly recommend them.
