He'll never upsell, fixes only what is necessary and never even charges a lot to the point I often leave feeling guilty. I don't even bother asking what the repair cost will be when dropping off my cars at his shop. No wonder he has tons of regular customers who have been coming to his shop for the last 20+ yrs. I'm going to be so sad when he retires.”
