Went in there and they didn’t even let me purchase 2 of the same bottles of alcohol. I was also with another person and they were still giving me trouble even though we paid separate and had separate accounts. Not good customer service at all

Excellent selection; wide variety. Prices are a little cheaper than those in Cook county since this is right across the border in Lake County. Similar to other Binny's. When I've gone, parking can be a challenge.

Staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable. Selection of bourbons was pretty nice and prices were very good.

Awful customer service. Manager Kathy and Nania ill-use their powers. They don’t sold me peanuts because they thought i buy it for somebody else. Peanuts. I have state real ID. I bought 2 bottles of wine. But they don’t sold me PEANUTS. Not an alcohol. Example of disgusting service. Example of customers abuse.
