DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. Wait time is ridiculous. Liars from the service tech to the cashier. Jeremy Stasek is the biggest liar of them all.

Bought a truck out the door $85k in December 2020. 5 days after I returned to get the paint protection and undercoating done. Turns out they rear ended someone and didn't tell me. I got a phone call from the cops to come pick up my license plate. Also they put a scratch in it. They kept jerking me around so I finally called Jeremy stasek. He told me come in Monday and come see him he will be in all day. I go in on Monday and he isn't even there. All I get is joe the body shop manager who I've brought the truck back to 3 times to fix the scratch and it's still there and joe from the body shop and joe the accessories guy stopped responding to my phone calls or text messages. It's now been over a year since they have damaged my truck. I live 45 minutes away and have driven there like 6 times from this issue. So In the end I paid $85k for a truck with 2 police reports on it and a scratch in the bed of the truck. Jeremy stasek is the worst owner out there. Doesn't care about his customers at all. Will let everyone I know to never shop here and I will also never shop here again

Bobby was excellent to work with. Very responsive and resourceful throughout my experience. He helped me organize everything from the loan application, which rebate to choose, the best way to go about accessories, and even helped me understand the best ways to ship the vehicle to California. He was also very generous enough to video chat to show me the truck when it arrived and even took extensive photos/videos for me before being loaded. He even negotiated with the driver to put my vehicle right behind the cab, so it had less chance of getting hit by rocks or other debris. You would be crazy not to work with these folks. Midwestern hospitality at its finest!

This was the email I received from the dealer representative. "Hi Brian my name is Danka, I'm with the Acquisition Team at Bill Stasek Chevrolet. We've received the details of the Kelley Blue Book® Offer for your 1997 FIREBIRD. Our next step is to coordinate a 15-20 minute dealer inspection, please let me know what time today works best for you. We are open from 9-8 weekdays and from 9-6 Saturdays." I arrived at the dealer at 3:25pm. And this is what happened. It was a colossal waste of time. How is that with your team clearly knowing the year make and model of the car, I pull up and immediately get told the car is too old for you to sell? Why drag me down to your location in the first place?

This is the most unresponsive dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'm in sales and customer service dealing with large capitol projects so I understand the relationship and responsiveness that it takes. They obviously don't care if they sell cars or not. Which if I'm not mistaken is what keeps them in business. After being on hold for 45 minutes, someone then took the phone off the receiver and just laid it on the desk. I got the message, so I hung up. I will admit I tried calling 5 minutes later, thinking there may have been a logical mistake. LOL No same process. As I was looking to buy a car I will now go to another dealership. It may not be a bad idea and just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else right from the start.

I brought our commercial vehicle into the body shop to repair damaged done to the drivers door. The damage was not much just cosmetic. I told them this was our only service vehicle, and we'd be s*** down without it, so please turn it around asap. I made this appointment weeks earlier and dropped it off the afternoon prior to the appointment. After 3 days passed I called for an update...they hadn't started at all and it was just sitting outside days. THEY HADN'T DONE ANYTHING BUT RIP A MOLDING OFF! I had them stop and went to collect it immediately. They promised to call and make it better but a week later, just like my vehicle, absolutely nothings. So if you have no pressing concerns about when you get your vehicle back, I'd give them a call and thus be happy to get to it whenever the hell they feel like it. I don't understand companies that make appointments that don't mean anything. I could have drop it off at a later date if they got busy and I'd have really appreciated knowing they were too busy to work on my truck. No courtesy whatsoever. 4 days of a rental car wasted as well

Called me repeatedly about turning in my lease vehicle. I brought it in they made me an offer. When I went into the dealer to turn in the vehicle the deal changed Even after they assured me that the deal was valid. Watch out for their negotiating tactics, they are brutal. Not only did they lose the trade in they lost a new car sale.

So many things went wrong. First, we came in letting them know we already had financing and we would not be going through them. They told us that they needed to pull our credit to "verify" that we are who we say we are, it's company policy and no way around it. As soon as I questioned this his demeanor with us changed. We fought with them and told them there was no need to pull credit. After more fighting and the salesman, Mike Molloy, going to "talk to the manager" miraculously there is now a way around a credit pull. All of this was of course because they would try to convince us to go with one of their finance institutions. Second, our bank made the wire transfer, we showed a confirmation to them but now they couldn't give us the truck without their bank confirming the funds and this could take up to 24 hours or possibly Monday because it was Friday. This was a major problem because we came from 3 hours away for this truck. Of course, after more fighting with them and "talks to the manager" miraculously about 20 mins later the bank all of a sudden confirmed the wire transfer. We spent 5 hours in this dealership to buy a truck. With this crazy car market, the drive and our time spent, we didn't want to walk away. We ended up buying the car after so many headaches and fights. We recommend you use ANY other dealer. So many things went wrong. We stood in front of his office waiting our turn, he made a bunch of calls and pretended to look busy, a sales rep brought someone else up and helped that person first and then took us after about 40 mins of waiting. Of course we knew that at this point with all of the fighting, these people were not happy with us. We recommend you use ANY other dealership.

I had some minor dents and they did a fantastic job. Paint was a perfect match. You would never have known the dents were there. It was done in a timely manner.
