Complete joke of a company. I ordered a sauna kit and had a faulty contact resistor. I contacted customer service (who are completely useless) and they could not do anything because of when I placed order which was a year ago. To explain myself; I placed order ahead of time because of supply shortages and long lead time's, to have unit on site. When contractor finished sauna and electrician installed unit a year has passed. Electrician trouble shot and said it was a faulty contact resistor. I have yet to use my sauna. I contacted them numerous times and got no where, so I said screw it, I'll just buy another unit. This company does not stand behind there products! Buyer beware!!! I asked to speak to management and they refuse to give me the contact info. I have asked multiple times and they keep ignoring. Management/ owner has no clue what's going on, because employees will not put you through! I have asked Sofia A in customer service to put me through to management/owner over a dozen times and she simply ignored!

Very friendly and helpful from the time they answer the phone to finding what you need. Miron in parts made sure I got the right thermostat that I was replacing. Saved their number and address. Definitely be back when I need a part or supplies.

I ordered my part and 1 day later I got a phone call from Michelle. She reached out to me to make sure I was ordering the correct part. It was so refreshing to have someone making sure I had ordered the right part instead of just sending it out. That's the kind of customer service that I will come back to time and time again.

I did a lot of research on steam units before my online purchase. The process was easy and package recommendations were cost effective. Once my order was placed, I really appreciated the follow up call from Dianna to go over my order, where she just confirmed, based on what I had ordered, the size project I was doing and made sure I had everything I required. Communication about shipping was good and delivery was as expected. I would order from this company again.

Thank you guys for working with me on this project!!!! Great product, I'm super happy with the purchase!!! Everything as advertised!!! I love my sauna, the WIFi remote works perfect! My sauna is 450 qf. it takes time to preheat to 200F, with the remote I can do it from work by the time I'm home everything is Ready )))) I had an Inspactor to come and check everything. As I build it with the permit, heater must be UL listed, no problems- I Pass! Make sure you buy air tunnel, it doe's speed up the heating!

Fantastic customer service from Amber. I ordered the wrong size components and she called and emailed right away. She was prompt in her responses and went above and beyond to be sure I had the correct stuff. I am looking forward to using my new sauna!!

Bait and switch company. They work so hard at pretending to assist you in sizing etc. yet you get pictures of items you think you're paying for but that's not what really is going to show up at your homes. I just don't understand why companies can't be transparent. Trying to pull the wool over the eyes of consumers is not a good thing. When your voice your concerns they go back and crunch numbers and instead of the price going down the price goes up. They will gladly send you cheap looking inferior products for a cheap price.

I really enjoyed working with Michelle S. because she made sure we got everything we needed for our new sauna unit!! She was extremely thorough and could tell us about all the specs for the units we were considering. Overall amazing customer service and experience - I'd recommend Michelle at SSB!!! I can't wait until this product ships!! Yay for a new sauna!!!

I purchased just about everything I needed from this company to build my dream steam shower and had a great experience. Kathy, one of their specialists, stayed in great communication with me regarding my order and when we could have potentially experienced a delay in shipping, she hand held the process and worked to ensure that it not only arrived in time for our scheduled install team... but it arrived early! I found they also had the most competitive pricing of everywhere I shopped locally and online. Can't wait to use my new shower! I run a day spa in Oakland, and my sauna went down on a Friday. I desperately needed a part, and fast. I ordered from Accurate Industries online, and then called to confirm it would ship today so that I could get it by Saturday. Mind you I'm 2 hours behind and it was pushing 5pm their time when I called. I was transferred to Dan who immediately understood the situation and said he'd look into it and call me back. 5 minutes later Dan called, and let me know he spoke to the shipping department, and not only assured me it would ship today, but also specially arranged for Saturday delivery to make sure I got the part in time. I spoke to Dan for a bit, and I'm really glad I found these guys as ordering parts (if I can find them) in the past has always been a pain. Accurate Industries not only gained a new customer, but a long-time partner for parts and services for my spa. Thanks Dan! I look forward to working with you guys.

I recently had my sauna repaired after not being used for several years. I was concered that it was beyond repair but even if it was the restoration would be cost prohibitive. Not only were their repair costs reasonable, the whole customer service experience was excellent. From the first phone call to the follow up, everyone was professional and prompt. Would highly recommend.
