We had some issues to connecting new Apple Watch to our ATnT account. Contacting ATnT support directly didn’t help, they recommended to stop by any nearest store. So we did, and Frank was absolutely knowledgeable and professional, spent about 30 minutes with us to fix all synchronization issues and made sure that we are able to make and receive calls and messages via Apple Watch with proper callerID. Thanks a lot! Strongly recommend this store for all your wireless/Internet needs.

I called this store and even though they didn't have the product I was looking for, they were friendly and helpful and offered advice. Then I went into the store and they helped my set up my phone even though I purchased it elsewhere. They were very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this store for any of your phone needs.

Lady Mondays I went to this store and Mauricio who works there provided me a nice attention and adviced me to contact AT&T Customer Service calling at 611 to resolve my matter. I did it today. I was attended by Voltaire who told me se was making a ticket to provide me an iPhone cell free of charges to continuo enjoing my Family Plan. She also told me to visit any AT&T store close my I also explained to the Police Man the matter, but he told me to Fox the matter contacto y 611 in my home. I reallyfelt they Violante my rights as a Customer and a olf perdón , 72 Yeats old, do didcrimination.house to get the advice completely free of charges. I did it tonight and Mauricio attended me again, but this time was rufe and calles the police department arguing I was rufe screaming when I explained to him everything. I was surprised about this change of attitude refusing to provide me the cell and call 611 to confirm my petición.

I recently visited this store, purchasing 3 new iPhones. The manager, Eva, was so rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Then, when it was time to pay, the price was incorrect. After acknowledging that their system rang up the wrong price, Eva refused to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with my experience and the rude service that I received, especially after being a loyal AT&T customer for so many years.

If I can give zero stars I would. Very rude on the phone. Called to see if a technician could help me transfer data from one phone to another. Just get it started. Told me any idiot could do it. When I to speak a supervisor I was told they weren't in. They told me to buy a Geek Squad subscription and go to Best Buy. I had a Geek Squad subscription, I went to Best Buy Northbrook and they couldn't have been nicer. After being an AT&T customer and stockholder for over 40 years. I'm over them. Switching as soon as I can.
