Never, never enter any obligation with Xfinity. They will never let you leave. I cancelled my service in October as they would not/could not do anything to lower my huge bill for internet, tv and phone. Since that time they will not stop billing me. First, I was set to auto pay and they kept billing my credit card. A huge privacy issue. Then several live chats and agony of getting with a live person I had to finally file fraud charges and cancel the credit card. They then began sending me invoices. Each time I am told they will issue credit and stop but the invoices continue.

Hands down the best customer service ever!! When I arrived, the manager Julia informed me I was 2nd in line to be helped.I ended up working with Julia, and she helped me through the entire process of trading in old equipment, adjusting our services, and mentioned a fantastic deal if we merged our cell phones to xfinity as well. My husband and I will be doing the cell phone merge asap!!!Thank you to the entire staff at Xfinity in Danada. You all deserve 5 stars!!!!

If it wasn't for Timothy Dziadus, I would have left Xfinity, I've had nothing but a helping hand from him anytime I've come into the store. He's helped me into my car at several points, making sure I'm safe from traffic, and I can not thank him enough. I hope that young man is well praised for his hard work!

Beware of Wiam from Xfinity's UnethicalUnfortunately, with the Xfinity sales representative Wiam left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. It became apparent that her primary was to deceive and scam rather than providing honest and reliable.From the moment Wiam me, her sales tactics were aggressive and pushy, attempting to pressure me into making decisions without fully understanding the terms and conditions. Her lack of transparency and clarity only added to the suspicion that she was not genuinely interested in helping customers but rather focused on making a quick sale.One of the most concerning aspects of dealing with Wiam was her consistent disregard for truthfulness. She relied on misleading statements and incomplete information to manipulate customers into purchasing expensive packages or signing up for services they did not actually need. This deceitful behavior is not only unethical but also disrespectful of customers' hard-earned money.Another striking issue with Wiam was her reluctance to address or clarify any concerns or questions I had. Instead of providing helpful explanations or seeking to resolve any issues, she seemed more interested in dodging responsibility and avoiding accountability. This lack of professionalism added insult to injury, as it left me feeling stranded with no support or recourse.It is important to note that not all Xfinity representatives display such dishonest behavior, as my previous experiences with other sales representatives have been much more positive. However, Wiam's deplorable sales tactics reflect poorly on the company as a whole and raise concerns about their internal training and supervision practices.In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Wiam or any sales representative from Xfinity who displays similar unethical practices. It is essential to thoroughly research and understand any product or service before making a decision, ensuring that you are not taken advantage of by representatives like Wiam.Remember, transparency, honesty, and a genuine desire to assist customers should be the foundation of any sales interaction. Sadly, Wiam fell short in all of these areas, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of ever engaging with her.

Huge kudos and even bigger thank you to Tim at the Rice Lake Xfinity store. Single- handedly fixed what 5 hours of text assistance and fruitless attempts at calling could not. I went in expecting to cancel service and in less than 10 minutes he fixed my issue and lowered my rate. My heart rate dropped in half. Thank you again, Tim.

The Xfinity Store in Wheaton houses an amazingly competent staff: Jaime, Julia, Heck, Vinni, Tatiana & TJ. They are knowledgeable, competent, kind & respectful. Without reservation, I recommend Xfinity in Wheaton the store the service and the staff.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First and foremost, the Xfinity store at Rice Lake Square/Danada Square East is a refreshing alternative to having to drive out to the Oakbrook Illinois store. Since this Xfinity store was built within the last year, the interior is clean, very pleasant, modern, and generally comfortable.In terms of customer service, TJ greeted me as soon as I came in the door and put me in the queue. TJ ended up helping me and addressed all of my Internet, modem, and mobile plan needs.I have been an Xfinity customer for the longest time, and TJ ended up giving me an even better deal and updated plan than was offered me on the phone just a couple days prior.TJ offered exceptional customer service and because of that will potentially keep me as an Xfinity customer for yet another year . . . as Verizon has been courting me back for the last two years.Xfinity as part of the entire corporation including NBC, etc. needs to really really rethink their customer service via the phone. It is no mystery that the greatest frustration of any Xfinity /Comcast customer throughout all the years is this: the substandard, awful customer service via the phone . . . and not necessarily because whom you eventually speak with, but how you get routed through Robo prompts for endless frustrating minutes to places you don’t want to be, and then you end up speaking to somebody in another country via a phone bank. It is the greatest frustration of all time, and I almost went with Verizon today; but I decided to go see an actual person at a pleasant Xfinity brick and mortar store, and TJ saved the day.Update : there was connectivity issues with my new router, and the instructions that Xfinity gives you for it do not lead you to the right path. I had to look up the instructions online via a tech person to get it set up. I tried to call the Xfinity phone number that I dreaded and sure enough I absolutely could NOT get a hold of a human? and it only lead to frustration having to circumvent all the prompts and yell into the phone. Lol. Xfinity gets a -5 out of five stars. That is right: a NEGATIVE 5. It is absolutely abhorrent and the absolute worst customer service phone hotline in human history.

Melissa and Tim addressed our concern. We came into xfinity to update my business account, switching phone number's and adding a new lineMelissa took charge and was very calm, kool, and collected. I went to drop off some broken equipment they sent me and I was told I had to wait 25 minutes! Why is this so complicated? Just take the equipment! I already spent hours on the phone with tech support troubleshooting it, I don't need to wait more!And then they have the nerve to send me a link below to wait on hold to chat with a representative! I've done that already, and it has gotten me nowhere. Apparently, my time is worthless!

Xfinity is a big ripoff. My bill should be $113. Is not it is $223. they said I missed a payment I have all the proof that I didn't miss a payment. I got bank statements what's the numbers from the checks and I read it to them they don't want to hear it. I know a few people that now we're looking for a new cable company trustworthy not scamming us out of our money. It is so sad what they are doing to seniors. I do not recommend them to anybody not even my best enemy.

Went to the Xfinity store in Wheaton today, just a short wait to see Customer Service Agent Julia who found a way to lower my Mom's monthly Xfinity bill.Julia, looked at all of the options,didn't rush me and provided great service!
