  If it wasn't for Timothy Dziadus, I would have left Xfinity, I've had nothing but a helping hand from him anytime I've come into the store. He's helped me into my car at several points, making sure I'm safe from traffic, and I can not thank him enough. I hope that young man is well praised for his hard work!

  Huge kudos and even bigger thank you to Tim at the Rice Lake Xfinity store. Single- handedly fixed what 5 hours of text assistance and fruitless attempts at calling could not. I went in expecting to cancel service and in less than 10 minutes he fixed my issue and lowered my rate. My heart rate dropped in half. Thank you... read full comment

  The Xfinity Store in Wheaton houses an amazingly competent staff: Jaime, Julia, Heck, Vinni, Tatiana & TJ. They are knowledgeable, competent, kind & respectful. Without reservation, I recommend Xfinity in Wheaton the store the service and the staff.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
