The people who work in the store are racist. They totally hate couponers. I don’t understand why but no one said hello or anything when I walked in but every other customer that was Caucasian, they spoke to the store manager needs to do some retraining and these people need to work on their ethics.

Wow! This pharmacy was so helpful and easy to get in touch with. I had a complicated situation with a prescription but Scott was so helpful to take the time to explain and act in my best interest. Much better than other Walgreens I have contacted.

After a year of battling every single pharmacy employee about the birth control I know I can have, I'm done. I will be leaving for another pharmacy.I tried to pick up my prescription last night and when I told them they gave me the wrong medication, they LIED to me and told me the order had been canceled out by my doctor when it had not.I went in today to get it fixed and Jonathan was incredibly helpful and apologized, which he shouldn't have to do since it wasn't his mistake. But one good apple does not 'un-spoil' the bunch. I've had nothing but bad experiences here and I doubt I'll be using walgreens pharmacy ever again if I can help it.

Walgreen's Automated system (phone) is horrible. Photo area is poorly run. I have stood at the counter and ignored by both technicians on more than one occassion. Presently, I am in the pharmacy drive through. It's been nearly 40 minutes. The car at the window has not moved in 20 minutes. Is there a way to give a negative star rating?

Rude pharmacist. I wish I got her name before I left so I could contact the company. She was not friendly at all & made me feel stupid for asking about my medication. Not approachable at all.

Terrible experience with this pharmacy. Soooo much attitude and chaos. I had an appt for a vaccine, after the staff kept complaining loudly about not having time for vaccines I asked if I should come back. They told me no, but I’ll have to wait. It was already several minutes past my appointment time. When I asked how long, they said an hour. Why have an appointment then? Terrible experience. No professionalism or apologies from employees, worst pharmacy I’ve been to.

The staff at the pharmacy are generally pretty polite, but they don't always know what they're doing and this place is always backed up. Some days they don't even answer the phone. I know because I waited on hold for over an hour, with more than 3 people ahead of me, until I finally walked in the store, with my phone in hand, and saw them bustling away ignoring the ringing phone. They're always short staffed, but I see people doing menial tasks instead of helping customers all the time. Maybe it's a management thing. Maybe they need more reliable staff. Whatever it is, they need to make some big changes because this place barely functions.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever don’t EVER PICK UP YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE THEY TAKE FOREVER. Always waiting in like 30 - 45 minutes. The store is nice but the pharmacy is the WORST. Slow as hell.

Don't go here. They lie. Said at 1 pm drug would be ready in 20 min. Then said no drug pending insurance. I called insurance they said it was approved and called Walgreens while I waited on the phone for 45 min because Walgreens wouldn't answer her call. When they answered my insurance lady said they have it approved and are filling it now. This was at 3:45. When my husband went to pick up for second time he was told 1.5 hours . Then we got communication saying they needed insurance approval again. I called at 7:25 because Walgreens said pharmacist on night break from 6:45-7:15. When a person answered I was told they could fill it now but pharmacist was on evening break so couldn't tell me a time. At that point I lost it and said bullshit the recording says 7:15 and it was 7:25. Then the person hung up on me. I'm now on hold again. This is a postop drug ordered at 1:00pm. I am still holding to speak pharmacist.

Constantly put on hold when calling to refill medication. When it's time to pick up the medication the drive through is ridiculous. I waited at the drive through window for over 20mins before someone came to the window after already waiting 25mins in the line. This Walgreens has very unhelpful staff. When it comes to the pharmacy at this Walgreens, stay away!

Terrible customer service at the Pharmacy! Almost every time there is an issue with prescriptions.I don't know if they don't follow Doctor's instructions or they need more training...this location is horrible.After many years I finally had enough.I'm changing my pharmacy.

Wow-The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I live close and have used this pharmacy often. There is almost always in issue with something and I am never correctly notified abt my medications or they’re not available. They seem to be working understaffed all the time. Which is a whole other issue- a safety concern if we’re being honest.My most recent issue- I waited 4 days for a simple script bc it was out of stock or something but it wasn’t. When I called the tech said “it was stuck in the system somewhere” (maybe that’s code for “we forgot”) I’m told the medication will be ready. I sent my husband bc I couldn’t get there and really needed to get it ASAP bc we had been a few days without already. He accidentally picked up the wrong script & paid $60 for prescription Omeprazole!!! It’s $14.99 otc. Like what!? Not their job maybe but a good tech or pharmacist would have caught that and advised him he could get it otc for much less. Anyways, we never opened the medication, I retuned to the pharmacy hoping to exchange the overpriced med for the one we really needed, explaining the error & I was told “No. We can’t take it back bc it’s been two days” like what kind of rule is that? The one your pharmacist just made up? What a joke.

This pharmacy thinks it’s funny to make me wait and wait, get my son’s info wrong and just laugh about it. Your laughs at my sons expense. No apology, no courtesy, no professionalism. It’s funny to make me wait for my sons medication while he has a huge fever at home. Real funny. Yeah I heard you two laughing at your own incompetence. Go to hell.

Bought a gift card from this store and the card wasn't in the card holder. I have receipt and activation card and the store will not help me at all. I normally don't complain but this card was $200.
